I can’t believe how down hill they’ve gone. Some of the worst experience I’ve ever had from a doctor. I’ve seen her for 16 years now and I’ve seen quite a rapid decline. The office has always had one negative; they over book appointments. They book appointment back-to-back, leaving appointments spilling over into other people’s time. Your appointment time doesn’t matter because you’ll always be waiting. The worst I’ve experienced is two and a half hours of waiting. That outrageous, right?You will start your appointment an hour or two late and it never ceases to fail. This last visit will be my final appointment. They were bought out by another company and the prices have gone up immensely. An appointment that used to cost $50 out of pocket for no insurance now costs $200. That’s a huge jump. I understand that it’s that high because I don’t currently have insurance, but it’s only because I’ve switched into a new career and my insurance hasn’t taken effect. Even so, the price difference is insulting. I’ve gone to her because she’s a family friend. She treats us well, but there’s no denying the service is terrible. It’s sad to see our friend’s business in this capacity and I must say after this last experience, I will never go back again. Hopefully one day they’ll fix the mess they’ve created.

Dr. Maile Kane is a very thorough doctor who really takes the time to solve my issues. Went to her after going to a doctor who spent only 45 seconds in an exam room with me and wow, what a difference! She saved me days of work by coordinating a thorough care plan. I feel better! Staff was attentive and friendly and behaved like a team!

Maybe Maile Kane retired. One star because when I went there, patient collected urine was left on top of toilet and sink instead of a basket near checkot behind clinic door. Public Health and HIPPA violation.

My family had repeatably terrible care and customer service at Dr. Kane's. Dr. Kane cashed our check for payment but then never applied our money to the account balance!! We waited HOURS to be seen on 2 different dates, and then we were charged another office visit just to get our lab results back!! The office staff lost part of our medical records, and then lost the check that they cashed. We had to bring a copy of the check that they cashed to prove we paid our bill!! So they took our money, but refused to give us credit for it!! AWFUL medical care...Dr Kane diagnosed us incorrectly with high blood pressure, because she insisted on taking a reading of it AFTER she lost part of our medical record, made us wait over 2 hours to be seen, overcharged us a visit, and then lost record of our payment!! DO YOU THINK OUR BLOOD PRESSURE WOULD BE ELEVATED???!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

If I could give a zero I would. She is horrible! She would never listen to me when I told her what was wrong. She would just suggest exercise and more "zen". Made me do a pulmonary test where I walk around the office and then check my oxygen. I wasn't even having an issue with breathing. I think they just wanted to charge me for the test. Plus I am 120 pound healthy female. Walking five laps up the hall in your office is not going to make me out of breath. I was having heart issues and she just said relax and meditate. I don't think a doctor can give advice about being healthy when she is overweight and does not seem healthy at all. She was just awful! Stay away!

This is the worst doctors office i have ever been to. Took my son in for ONE immunization for school... I get there, they refer me to WALGREENS then charge me $168 for an office visit. $168 to hold us in the patient room for an hour and a half before u could bother to send us elsewhere?! Of course i questioned the amount and the woman let me know that she ONLY charged me '44% of what they would have billed insurance, if i had had any.' And that 'they're a corporation now'. Bascially, 'sorry we couldnt help u, that'll b two hundo but keep a Lil somethin for yourself... seein as how its tax free weekend and all. You're gonna need it, go gas up for the goose chase you're about to go on... NEEEEEXT'. Upon arriving at friggin walgreens, already realizing that today would have no rainbows in it, they tell me that Walgreen's doesn't immunize children. I called them back and asked them what to do, and they referred me to the health department. Steer clear of this horrible crappy place. Its irritating that i even had to give 1 star to give a review.

So glad she is out of business. Had me on 6 different blood sugar meds in one year. Left her and went to another doctor...haven't been on blood sugar meds since.. scammer!

They never pick the phone when you need to make an appointment. Tried for three weeks. Good Doctors but the service I can't say the same sad

Just walked out of this place in tears. There is absolutly no reason to be so rude to someone.
