Main Street Movies 5

This is a nice movie theater in the heart of Newark DE. The theater isn't really big but has all the amenities of a big theater. Seating is very comfortable and the theater is well kept. Tuesdays are usually the discounted ticket day on all movies.

Clean theatre. Small theatre which I prefer. Comfortable recliner seats. Good selection of snacks in concession. The staff were friendly and gladly helped me with a smile. This is officially my favorite movie theatre in the area. [Only had one pic. I’ll update with more next time.]

So we took our little guy for his first movie trip tonight. We saw the new Mario and it was fantastic. The staff was super nice and the place was very clean. We definitely will be back for more movie adventures.

I often see movies here because it's conveniently located in the Main street shopping Center by UD in Newark. Not sure how they stay in business because when I go I am often the only person in the theater, although I usually go to afternoon matinee's so that may be why so empty. It's clean and relatively new. Never went to the older theater before the renovations - I heard the floors were sticky. It's a typical movie theater.

This theater is wonderful! Went tonight for the first time and it was so clean, popcorn and snacks were great, and chairs were super comfy and reclined wonderfully!! We will definitely be going there all the time now!

One of the best theaters I have been to in years. No disruptive kids/teens. People that actually want to watch the movie. Best theater in all of Delaware

Saw Barbie at 9:45PM on a week night. Theater was clean with comfortable reclining chairs. Quick and easy to walk in, buy tickets, and get seated.

Favorite theater in Delaware. Always clean, friendly staff, and a selection of movies and start times. Snack bar includes options from Bings Bakery and they offer matinee, child, and senior ticket options on their site or through Fandango.

It's a good movie theater. Plenty of food options and comfortable seats.

This theater has been around for way longer than I have. I've always loved this small theater.
