I purchased a display model snowboard helmet from them, I never used it and decided to return it a week later I did not remove it from its box for more then five minutes, and I kept it in the box for the entire week. They refused to accept the return as it had a few marks the same color as the paint of the store on it, I tried to explain I had hardly taken it out of the box and the marks where the same color as the wall where it was displayed. They maintained the marks where my fault and wouldn't take it back. Absolutely horrible customer service and clearly meant to take advantage of tourists.

The shop is awesome. Rye is very helpful. He answered our questions about the jackets. Super friendly and awesome customer service. We definitely will be back!

Buyer beware! Bought a Northface rainfly from them and the inside started to peel off. Sent it in to Northface and they said it was a Salesman Sample and it was therefore not covered under their lifetime warranty!!! No where was a sign to indicate that as I would never had bought a sample disguised as brand new. Ask before you purchase!! Very unhappy, now have a useless rainfly.

Got an awesome deal on a long winter parka for my wife here. It may be neon pink but it keeps her warm. The gentleman working during the off season had awesome customer service I would hire him in a heart beat.

We always stop in here when in Breck. They carry name brand clothes, outdoor gear, shoes, hats, etc. Most things are somewhat reasonably priced for a tourist town. It's located right next to the visitor center on Mainstreet DOWN about 5 steps.

Good selection of outdoor clothing for adults and children. Went in hoping to find winter boots for a 5 yr old, found those plus winter socks and gloves all in one spot, done!
