My dryer died. I was going to order from big box home store but they couldn't deliver for over a month! life in the woods!Also it couldn't be picked up at store. Since I was going to Lincoln decided to stop by @Home. So glad I did. Staff was excellent. Knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure. Bought on Tuesday and delivery was set for Saturday. Gave me a 1 1/2 hour window. They called on Friday to ask if delivery could be sooner. They were there within the time frame given. Husband was very pleased with delivery process. he's not easy to please. Will definitely shop here again.
The folks at At Home Furniture, Appliance and Bedding have been a pleasure to work with. They have great pricing, great service and prompt delivery and service appointments. Prompt friendly service. I was notified of arrival date and time - no all day waiting - and the technician was in and out quietly and quickly. The parts for my dryer were ordered and he was back in a week for installation.

TWO CHARGES for one service call! Very disappointed with their method of figuring service charges! They came to check my clothes dryer and dishwasher, but informed me on arrival that I would be charged for TWO service calls, since they were checking out two appliances ! The first charge was $140 and the second was discounted to $120 whoopee. I was surprised and asked, isn’t it all just one service call? I was told they charge per appliance, not per call. The service was good, but this seems like a very weird way of computing the charges. Imagine if you asked your plumber to also check a pipe down cellar and he told you that would be an additional service call, just to look at it. At the very least, Mainely Rent to Own should notify the customer BEFORE they arrive.
Nice people! Just went in to check out prices. No pressure at all, and the guys were super funny, which is always a huge plus! Not sure if I'll be able to rent, but if I can, I would definitely come here!
We needed our glass replaced in our oven door. I called and spoke with a very personable young lady who took my information, looked up the part and gave me an exact quote for the work over the phone. The part was ordered and a few days later the work was completed. In and out, pleasant repair man, no added charges. I would definitely call them again.
Highly recommend. Very nice and helpful staff with an upbeat attitude. You get what you paid for as they have extremely high-quality stuff. The four months same as cash is very helpful and the workers there do their best to help you. I highly recommend this store.
If i could give this place 0 stars it would happen. Not only are they outrageously expensivemore than a rent-a-center for some of which are used goods their level of any decency is pathetic. My girlfriend has been making payments for 60 months so far!!! The total payments will be 64 to be paid off. She owes a total of maybe $70 and because we got covid and been really busy and were 4 days late on the 61st payment. THEY JUST SENT 2 GUYS TO MY DOOR ON CHRISTMAS EVE to take my washer. OVER 4 DAYS LATE? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Of course i have the money to pay it and planned to but sometimes, time and my families health is a lil more important! You guys are trash! Will never be desperate enough to shop here again.
These guys deserve an award for "Best Rent to Own Service" in the State of Maine. They have amazing people working for them. The products they carry are good quality. And function as they should. If I was to recommend a rent to own service these guys would be my NUMBER 1 recommendation. I am posting under a different name, so this is April Lang and Joe Kettle. Keep up the amazing things you guys do for people that want to have the same as everyone else.
