I would not recommend them, communication is not their strong point.  Edit to your response: You can’t find me in your records? Really? I have a whole folder of paperwork from you settling my case and standing behind that hack of a surgeon who almost killed me to protect him since he makes your firm so much money. Liars to the very end. You want to play that game? Seriously? Shame on you.  FYI: I want to share a few things with anyone obtaining any attorney. If you agree to do an initial mediation prior to your court date with the other party in a personal injury case, and then your attorney wants you to agree to a settlement to "avoid court", just know that mediation is still considered "going to court" by your attorney and you will be charged a 40% attorney fee at that point. Settling just means its an easy 40% for them, so do whats best for YOU. Also, stick to written communication, especially if it involves decisions regarding your medical care or a cost being added to your case, avoid phone calls whenever possible. This of course, goes for any attorney situation, I've had divorce and injury attorneys, and it's just smart to get everything in writing. I wish you all the best of luck in your cases.
