Mainstay Bakery

The best bakery around. Need to order early in the week for weekend pickup because it is so popular. Their bread, pies, croissants and other sweets are all top notch. You really cannot go wrong with ordering. Anything you get is going to be fantastic.

Fantastic small/family run business. Owner is a great baker and pastry chef. He mixes up the menu from week-to-week to keep things fresh yes, pun intended, but when they are on the menu, the ham and cheese croissants are a great way to start your weekend! Takeout only bakery, and you must get on his list to become a customer, but well worth it.

Our daughter just moved to Scituate and discover Mainstay. Boy are we lucky!! The mixed berry pie was the best! Their breads and pastries are amazing! Top quality croissants!
