The almond croissant was simply perfect--flaky crunchy crust and soft almondy filling. It was the best croissant that I've ever eaten in the States. It was, also, the owner's birthday, so she gave us free slices of birthday cake. So fun! I'm planning to go back and try the brownie and the chocolate croissant.
Chef Adrianna does an amazing job on all pastries. I have never been disappointed with her eye for detail and fantastic flavors. She has done not only extraordinary cakes for me but I was treated to a wonderful selection of homemade pastries last month. Yumm!!! Thank you so much for the tasty treats and wonderful cakes!
