I had a great experience with Racine, Roberts & Gauthier. I was treated with respect and alot of care. They see you through the process with compassion and understanding. Amina deserves an extra mention for answering all my questions and giving help right up to the celebration of life. Maurice's grandchildren each wanted their own momento of him and Amina did it willingly. I would highly recommend Racine, Robert and Gauthier during your difficult time.

From the beginning we felt that our loved one was treated with dignity and respect. Excellent service, it was an honour to work with Jessy and all of the staff at Racine, very compassionate, kind, professional and always there to answer our questions from start to finish. The visitation room was personalized as my brother would of liked. I could not recommend them enough.

We are very satisfied with the service we have received. Patrice Lambert is very polite and kind, and also fast to return my calls. The service was beautiful and well set up. Patrice did a great job and I called him yesterday to thank him for all he did for us. We really liked the priest and he gave us a great mass. We were happy that the priest came to the cemetery as well. The only thing we were disappointed with, is the webcast. We had a "montage" of picture of the deceased and no one was able to see it from their computers. Also the camera was not situated properly.

Excellent service. Jessy was compassionate, thorough, and made the entire process seamless. The other staff members were also very kind, answered all our questions and made our painful experience a very memorable one. We were especially grateful to have the service live on the web, as it was the only way friends and distant family members could participate in the service. My mother passed away on August 11th, she had prearranged her funeral years ago but there were still things left to arrange. Our experience with RRG was pleasant and very professional. Our funeral director Ashley Durepos was very helpful, professional and very compassionate. We would highly recommend RRG.

Racine Robert was very professional in assisting me with my mother's funeral. They also made the cancellation of all I.D. my mother had, prepared the documents for the government rebate.
