Ms. Angie is awesome. I was in the store for some time looking at cologne and with about 5 to 6 employees on the sales floor no one came to assist. Ms. Angie came from the back of house and she was the first person to greet me. She was very polite and very helpful with my purchase. I am solely giving my rating based on Ms. Angie. If you need help ask for Ms. Angie.
This is quite possibly the worst store I’ve ever been to. If I could give it no stars, I would. My mom and I were shopping and looking at the shoe selection, and two of the sales associates started staring and pointing at us in a very “you’re not welcome here” kind of way. I assumed they were being racist, but after reading everyone else’s negative reviews, maybe they assumed we couldn’t afford to shop there. Either way, I will never step foot in this store again. It literally takes no effort to be kind.
Came into this store a couple of weeks ago with my mom and as other reviewers have pointed out, there is a snooty & judgmental vibe from store associates. Upon entering, my mom and I were completely ignored and unacknowledged. no one greeted us or asked if we needed help finding items. This store should humble itself. You’re in the middle of Mississippi. It’s not like you’re the galleria mall in Houston/Dallas Tx, Lennox mall, or some store in Beverly Hills. Should be thankful for anyone who decides to exit the ramp and comes into your unknown store.
From the minute that I walked in the store I knew what I wanted and Angie who is an awesome sales person guided me in the direction that I needed to go. Angie was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I can appreciate that because I’m in sales and I want to be very attentive to my customers wants and needs. Angie was also very polite and joyful to work with. I will definitely be back again. Thank you Angie, keep up the good work and hopefully the owner appreciate you as much as I did dealing with you.
Good quality purses and shoes. Occasionally tasteful clothes depending on the season, otherwise it really misses the mark on ladylike and what’s appropriate for mature women. Some really cheap designs. They used to carry St. John and have excelllent, enthusiastic sales associates who dressed inspiringly. The hospitality vibes are off, as is the selection. I see I am not alone in the reviews. Ladies employed at Maison Weiss: please get off your cell phones when someone is shopping, it’s not professional and makes shoppers feel uncomfortable and want to leave. Good candles and home gifts for a quick purchase.
I went there to get my boyfriend some bond no9 and an associate by the name of Angie H was sooooo sweet and helpful. From the moment I walked in she greeted me and asked me if I needed help with anything. It was my very first time in the store and she made me feel so comfortable and didn’t treat me as if I couldn’t afford anything.
Traveling today through Mississippi looking for a Tory Burch shoe and we Google the store in the area and this one came up. The salesperson did not approach us Very bad customer service. We were there shopping on a girl's birthday trip willing to spend money. So don't assume we don't have money to spend in your shop. Too bad two lost sales
We walked into this store 2 weeks ago. We noticed a few employees in white shirts, not one of them greeted you into this place of business. How RUDE so we took our money elsewhere. Treat people how you want to be treated. Don't assume we couldn't buy or be judgemental. Your actions spoke louder than your CUSTOMER SERVICE. Reminder God don't like ugly. COVID 19 took your sales.
This store has AMAZING selection of shoes, jewelry, perfume, handbags, and clothing. LOVED shopping here and will be back when visiting Jackson!
Pretty Woman Moment: I made the mistake of walking through Maison Weiss for access into the “mall” hallway. I’m male; I’m in jeans with a button-down: sales associate approached me and asked if she could help, but with a rather condescending “you don’t belong here” attitude. I know Maison Weiss is a store where women who don’t know how else to spend their husbands’ excess cash shop, but that was just rude. Unfortunately this review is probably exactly what a snooty store wants for their snooty customers.
