Maj Hobby Shop

The track was nice, decent size for miniz. I didnt go there during a race so Im not sure how many people actually turn up, but with the available seating there, I didnt feel like there are a lot of pit space for a whole lot of people. The hobby shop was small, but did stock quite a bit of stuff. I feel like their miniz parts should be placed more prominently since they do race it next door. Having it behind the counter made it pretty hard to see.

Maj is really informative and helpful. Lots of stuff in stock and can get most everything else in a day or so. No outside signs to help find it though so it can be driven past unless you know it is there. He even has a track setup indoors to race and test on, though it is mostly for mini z's.

When I looked to see any hobby shops near me this was the best rated one there was. It is a small cramped store due to his office being half the space of the entire suite. Don't get me wrong he has a big track but small store. I went in there because I had lost a nut off my tire so I asked him if he had any. He looked at it and grabbed nuts and said they would fit. Totally different type of nuts and I mentioned that. But he said they will still work. Keep in mind he did not compare them in size and assumed. From what I have read and heard this is not the place to go I would find somewhere else.

Been going to Maj's Hobby Shop since getting back into RC six years ago. Fully stocked shop for all your RC needs. Always a friendly and knowledge person there to ask a question. Mini-z racing in Fridays is fun!!!!

I was out of the hobby for a long time thanks to unfriendly hobby shops. I went into Maj's for the first time over 3 years ago and was instantly welcomed as a friend. Always helpful and friendly, never makes you feel like you are an idiot like some other shops in the area. Miniz racing is always fun! Flying helis and planes is a blast. Maj is ALWAYS there to help, if he doesn't have what you need you'll get it in a couple of days. I only shop at Maj's now.

I went to have my heli fixedT-rex 450, and when I went to pick it up Maj wouldn't test it in front of me. When I went home, it ran worse then when I dropped it off. Sorry I ever left Donnies shopWide World of Hobbies - he had it running really nice. Thought I'd try to save a couple of bucks.

Want SAB Goblin parts? Want blade heli parts? Want airplane, rc anything parts? Yea, I think you need to visit Maj and see what he has IN STOCK at this very decent hobby shop!!! Best local hobby shop around! Lucky to have his shop only 5 mins away!

Loved this place. So sad to see it go. I'm ashamed to say I never had much time to get down there as he was located far from me.

Maj is an extremely friendly guy, seemed to be great with kids, he was amazing with my own and is very fare with his prices

Loved this place for mini-z's and great service, but they are closing unfortunately.
