Nice neighborhood, but the HOA fees don't seem fair. Gym closes early; trash pickup is hit or miss. No HOA meetings which confuses me, too. I know in summer I'll be getting more of my moneys worth with lawn care. But I could pay for trash, a gym membership, and a pool pass for cheaper. If you're building in the neighborhood, don't cancel your gym membership thinking you will get to use the gym if you work "normal" hours.
The neighborhood is GORGEOUS. The inhabitants are friendly and of all varieties. They have amenities appropriate for all age ranges. It's a tranquil but accepting environment. I love living here!

Beautiful property. The clubhouse is amazing and the scenery around the homes is so relaxing with all the fountains in the ponds
Beautiful, well kept grounds, friendly neighborhood. Lovely clubhouse, pool, spa. Walking trails, fishing ponds, local wildlife. Great place to live.
Nice place for gatherings. Clean facility, great pool.
The staff was very helpful and the lodge was very clean.
