Malden Catholic, the Codivisional High School, is a private Catholic high school north of Boston. As a codivisional institution, Malden Catholic offers two separate divisions: Malden Catholic School for Boys, operational since 1932, and Malden Catholic School for Girls, launching in Fall 2018. The only codivisional Catholic high school in the region, Malden Catholic is recognized for outstanding academics, championship-caliber athletics and a broad extra-curricular program. Ninety-eight percent of Malden Catholic graduates attend college, receiving over $18 million in scholarship money annually.
The codivisional model is a unique one and should not be confused with the term "co-educational." Malden Catholic is not a co-educational institution. Although the School for Boys and School for Girls follow a similar curricular map, Malden Catholic remains committed to educating boys and girls in a single-gender learning environment.
