Malden City Hall

Kevin Duffy recently assisted me with getting my certificate of occupancy and business license for my new business. He was very quick to respond and was super helpful with my questions. The process was very easy and even with COVID there were no delays in service.

The mayor Gary is easy to talk to and always available.will direct you to best person to handle your needs.the new building is so nice and info online great fir community

From what I’ve experienced, everyone is pretty nice.

Some people work in the city of malden are not nice at all, give to much hard time to people who live over there. Especially unfriendly to landlord

Building was beautiful and Michael Boyd who was filling in , parks and recs was amazingly helpful

City hall have a cafe in the basement best homemade food, it is call Annie's Cafe

Nice experience as I have to call take appointment to get one document.

I call to pay my water bill and get other information.....for 2 days nobody answer the phones..........bad....bad!.
