I've been a patient of Dr. Jacobs for about five years now and have been extremely happy with my patient care! Dr. Jacobs and his team are incredible - everytime I'm with them, they are patient with my needs, walk me through any issues I may have, and even tell me when I'm doing something right! If you don't love going to the dentist, they even have Netflix to ease your mind while you're getting a cleaning or other work done. You can tell they've put a lot of compassion, attention, and detail into the patient's experience! Thanks so much to this incredible team!!!
This was my daughters first dental appointment, she was quite nervous but Dr Jacobs did an AMAZING job making her feel comfortable and explaining everything to her. Spectacular dentist.
The worst experience I ever had, i will give a negative rating, Especially the office manager, she does not listen and just criticize. I ask to provide an estimation cost as I know most dentists office charges as much as they can, and they did not, instead, they called me in 2 hours ahead of the original plan. charged as much as they can as they know I am out of the town and just here for vacation. Charged more than three times for the same service I received back at the office where I live. And they ask for your insurance but instead of bill insurance, they ask you to pay up front, no trust in the customer, awful experience.the dentist Tanya even suggested she pull out my teeth while i have told her that I am on my one week here and I live 300km away, and the pain i had from the teeth she want to pull out was gone itself in 8 hours, no knowledge, if i'd listened to that dentist, I would lost a good teeth, never go here.
Dr. Chauvin is awesome! After not seeing a dentist for ... many years.... she put me at ease and recommended conservative care! The office staff is wonderful! So happy my family's dental care is in such good hands! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Thank you!
Dr. Jacobs and his team are always such a joy to be around. Dr Jacobs always takes his time to explain next steps and makes sure his patients are comfortable and happy regardless of the reason they are in. If I could give Dr Jacobs and his team 100 stars I would. Dr Jacobs you are an amazing dentist backed up by a fabulous team. -- AK
I have been lucky enough to have been a patient of Dr. Jacobs for years and have experienced the best service. The clinic is top of the line and the staff is amazing. Thank you for making my dental experience a fantastic one each and every time.
Best dental care I've Ever had and I've been in many cities, both in Canada and the States. Dr. Souliere and her staff are very good at what they do. I have a problem with freezing not taking. Dr. Souliere has never had a problem. This is by far the best dental experience I've ever had. Thanks Malden Dental!! Note, this is the first review I've ever written.
On Mar 16,23,30, 2017, Dr Jacobs put a costly splint, and not worth the cost, on teeth surrounding a tooth that has a pocket plus a few fillings were done. 3 months later the splint is peeling, doesn't look or feel good, filling fell out after 5 months. Now I have to pay to have the splint removed and the tooth filled again!! I'm wondering how long the other fillings will last. The staff is friendly.
My toddler had a great first dentist experience thanks to Dr. Jacobs and his team. Very patient, funny and inviting with his pediatric patients.
Dr. Jacobs provides the best service and always takes his time with his patients. Highly recommended!
