A car locksmith saved my day, courtesy of this professional locksmith. Their locksmith repair services for high-security locks and security door locks are impeccable. Fast and efficient, they're my go-to emergency locksmith.
The service was quick and this was the only thing good about the experience. Once he arrived, he was rushed to get the lock open because he had to get to another appointment. He tried multiple ways to get the lock open before finally having to drill the lock to open it. During this time he used multiple drills that broke, and really struggled to get it open but eventually did. The problem was that because he was so rushed, he did not get the lock out clean and damaged the door around the lock, left broken drill bits on the ground. He was so rushed, when he left and sent me the payment info to which I said I would pay. Now because this is for a business, I have to use the business card which was not on me at the time. I did not get to explain because he left to get to his next appointment. I left Malibu where I had to drive back to DTLA to our office to use this card. During my drive there, I received multiple phone calls to which I answered and it was the locksmith demanding payment to which I replied, I would pay, I just have to get the business card. He then told me I was screwing him and wasn't going to pay him, to which I said "no I just need to get the correct card." He then told me he was at the property and had opened the door, and would leave the door open unless I paid. I again explained that I need to use another card. He told me to come outside and pay him, to which I responded, I'm on my way to the office to get the card and pay. He refused to leave and told me that if I did not pay, he would leave the door open. Finally I caved, pulled over and used my personal card. I'm sure many people have tried to skip on him but I was not and this is what makes me upset. I simply wanted to use the correct card to pay. It was the lack of professionalism of him driving to our property threatening to leave door open if I did not pay. I wasn't sure if I hired a professional or the mob.
Their locksmith repair services are commendable. They fixed my security door locks promptly and efficiently. I'm impressed with their skills.

Said they’d have somebody contact me. A guy from Redondo Beach called but said it was too far. I thought it was two hours away. He said he’d suggest somebody closer. Nobody ever returned a call so I slim jimmed my truck with a close hanger in about an hour and and a half. I saved some money but I wouldn’t call these people for Malibu. I gave them two stars because they had an actual locksmith call but really the operator should and could have done better in her relay effort. She was nice and pleasant on a side note.
