Mall Mobil Mart/Dunkin Donuts

A very inconsistent location. Any time I go to either of the Rutland locations my order is correct and reliable. They cannot get it right at this Castleton location. The espresso machine is always "broken", or they are out of this or that. Staff is friendly so I feel bad reporting but I thought the whole purpose of a chain restaurant is consistency.

Passive aggressive employees. I asked for my bagel with cream cheese cut in half. I guess that was too hard. They toasted the bagel, did not cut it, and gave me cream cheese on the side. Sorry you all hate your jobs

I’ve been going to this Dunkin for the past week as my coffee spot since i moved to the area, I order a medium ice coffee without ice and a cup of ice on the side. This morning I was very rudely told by the manager to not order that anymore because it was “excessive”, I have had the same dunkin order for years and have never had anyone say anything. very rude manager did not offer an apology and made me to feel like i was stealing from them. do not go to this dunkin!

Had to wait for 20 minutes for a hot coffee, then when I got it instead of being hot it was as cold as ice coffee. When I went back in to get a fresh hot coffee the boy and I do mean boy at the register never even said a single word just dumped the coffee and got another one. Do not recommend dunkin donuts in Castleton, Vt. to anyone extremely disappointed!!!!

Wait forever they’re slow as hell ! And lazy ! Went today and got a coffee before work which made me very sick ! Either coffee machines were not clean or expired cream! Never coming back !!

The employees here are always slammed with customers. Sometimes the drive through wait is a little long, but not their fault. They are always friendly with good service.

The staff is usually very friendly, although the other day one of the girls snapped at me & I did not appreciate that. However, they are ALWAYS EXTREMELY slow!!!!

I love Dunkin' donuts it's always coming out with great drinks lattes and my favorite one is a signature pumpkin spiceFood: 5/5

There is a new girl taking the orders, I never see her name tag but she is always so nice and she is fast! I used to never do drive thru here but I caved and she was a joy. I have been back three times since.

I stop at this location twice a week on my way to work I order the same coffee along with the bacon avocado toast which for some reason always comes out untoasted and most the time without bacon.. I am not normally a person to complain to a business but when I spend this kind of money and they are consistently getting my order incorrect I decided I would finally mention it and when I did they said oh it's our toaster... Yet they have not replaced it ‍ however on a side note the location on Woodstock avenue which has been severely short-staffed due to covid is killing it! My order is always correct and tastes great just saying
