I GOT IT!!!! I bought my first bike from them a few days ago and I Love it!!! My sales rep was Eric and he was really awesome and I’d definitely recommend going to see him about buying a bike. I also got the Rpha 11 pro helmet from them as well. Definitely going to always do business with MMS Buford!!!
First off the entire staff is amazing people that will sit there and help you out no matter the problem! Most friendly staff I’ve ever experienced at any motor sports store. Eli helped me out tremendously today and saved me multiple trips to the dealership and saved me a lot of money! Eli was very professional, honest and friendly with me through my whole experience through the weekend. Overall amazing experience and will be back to work with Eli in the future!
My family stopped in on 2/11 shopping for a side-by-side. We were greeted by a pleasant guest services person upon entering . We had the pleasure of speaking with Eli in parts. I am new to off-road vehicles and Eli shared his views and helped me think about the most important features to me. When we’re ready to make a purchase, we’ll definitely be back to Mountain Motorsports, Mall of Georgia.
Eli is the MAN here! His customer service is excellent. Whenever I need a part, or some gear I give him a call and he hooks me up with a good price, and works with me finding out what parts I need. I highly recommend him on every off-road need.
Update: Management has contacted me directly and fixed the issues to include apologizing, which is greatly appreciated. The company has checked in with me at least once a week after this issue was addressed to ensure I have what I need to register the bike. - thanks Purchased a motorcycle from Mountain Motorsports and had them register the motorcycle for me. Several weeks after the purchase, I was told they cannot register the motorcycle as I am military and do not have a Georgia license - I would have to do it myself. I have now been waiting six weeks for the MSO and the odometer statement to register the motorcycle and still do not have them. I have called and emailed their Title Clerk no less than 20 times and spoken to their managers and various other departments in order to get these documents without success. This motorcycle is my only mode of transportation and it now has expired temp tags. I was finally told the required documentation would be to my home yesterday but it didn't show. I called back and was told it was late and would be now arriving today but it again didn't show and the tracking now says "not received by FEDEX". I am at loss. I have probably spent 10-20 hours trying to get this company to give me these documents and I am not closer to getting this thing registered than the day I left the dealership. The purpose of this review is to force action from the company. Someone there must care about the quality of work being done - Please reach out.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience shopping with the fine folks at Mountain Motorsports Mall of Georgia! Hannah helped me through the entire shopping experience and answered every question I threw at her. I knew exactly what I wanted and Hannah delivered on that 110%. Jerry in finance was patient, friendly, and explained everything in a transparent manner. Eli in parts showed me exactly what I needed when it came to buying a new helmet. I told him what I didn't like about the one I had and he found the perfect upgrade for me. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the products he showed me. Not to mention, he was a really cool guy! He recommended a nice spot to ride in GA. Rusty is another great member of the team who helped get my bike to me and he was just as friendly as the rest of the people here. You can tell they enjoy their jobs and that makes all the difference in the world to me as the customer. I never felt like I dealt with any 'sales person.' Just great people who want to help the customers have a good time with their machines! I'll definitely be returning here for all my needs!
