Simply put ,there's no other steak better . This place has absolutely the best steak I've ever had, to bad they are only open Thursday thru Saturday, cause I'd have a steak everyday from mallards, catfish pretty darn good as well
One of the best steaks...cooked to perfection! Has a very nice home like feel and fairly priced. Greatly enjoyed watching the golf tournament there.
We're "DOWN SOUTH" right?? well, no hospitality! And food is horrible...no seasoning, everything is frozen, nothing is fresh. This isn't what I envisioned "Down South" cooking to be. Nothing about this restaurant was good. Nothing! I See why we were they only black ppl...back to Kansas, I go.
Mallards is a great place to get a steak in this town but its very pricey in comparison to the rest of the town's offerings. Outside of the price the food is really good and some nights they have live entertainment outside.
The mushrooms slew me, awesome! Filet was perfect, staff super friendly. Love the simple decor and sportsman theme.
Potatoes were a little underdone but the grilled chicken, catfish, and steak was really good.
Food is fabulous,staff is outstanding, great place yo eat.

The twin ladies that work in there topped off a great meal.
I will not eat steak in a restaurant unless it's there.
