Almost 1 year ago we met with Kyle and preplanned 2 funerals at Malpezzi. He made what was a hard appointment of multiple decisions as easy as possible. He explained everything and was very patient during this difficult process My father recently passed and funeral director, Jeremy Shartzer, was professional, helpful, kind and respectful. Every request we had Jeremy had an answer and helped accomplish that need. Our father looked like he was sleeping. Jeremy was truly a kind man who helped our mother and our family through those hard days. Thank you Jeremy and all of those who helped honor our father with a beautiful service and internment at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
