About Atty. Clarence E. Mamaril:
Born in the Philippines and raised in Vallejo California, Atty. Mamaril has practiced law since 1993 and also worked as an Alternative Dispute Resolution program director for the Alameda County Bar Association. He is admitted to all California state courts and the U.S. District Court (Northern District of California).
Since 1995, he has represented clients before the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services and Department of Homeland Security, and has successfully litigated numerous cases with the Executive Office of Immigration Review, U.S. Ninth Circuit and U.S. District Court.
