The property is a 4000 square feet, unique, 4-level home constructed to a mineshaft theme, within walking distance of Eagle Lodge (less than ½ mile), on the 4th fairway of Sierra Star golf course, close to lakes, fishing, and hiking trails. House has fantastic views of the golf course and surrounding mountains, construction was completed late 2007, furnishings and appliances were purchased and installed January 2010.
