Delicious. I found this place while searching for a restaurant in-between two hikes and decided to try it based solely off of the delicious saucy pictures on their reviews. So good. I We ordered chips and salsa, and it wasn't heavy on cilantro but still very good with fresh and crispy chips. I got the steak taco salad, while I could only eat half or because it was so filling, but so tasty and flavorful. My husband got tacos and my son got a burrito. They do not have a kids menu so if you have any picky eaters I do not recommend, but they have a lot of options and the prices are fantastic. Margaritas are on point as well.
We've been several times now and never disappointed. Best margaritas. Nice Mexican beer selection. Appetizers big enough for the whole table. Tried daily special dinners, very good sized and well prepared. Wide range of standard Mexican meals and sides. Love this place!Food: 5/5
Visiting from Texas and we weren’t sure what to expect but Mañana didn’t disappoint. Crunchy chicken tacos and braised beef burrito were both really good. Homemade margs and nacho chips, too. We’ll definitely be back.
Mañana Cafe is located in a small shopping plaza in Groton. It’s sit in the back left corner of the plaza. Small, nothing over the top. There is a bar to the right when you first walk in and then a small dining room area. The food was authentic and cooked fresh and was really good. Portions were big and not expensive, especially for the portions served. The cinnamon and honey margarita was different and very good. For dessert had the Flan. It was delish!!! Staff was friendly and professional. Will definitely go back.
I only leave reviews for the very best experiences we have. Count this as another top rated experience for sure! I simply can’t recommend this place enough as it exceeded every expectation you could have. Starting with the margaritas, I would say and my wife whole heartedly agrees that they were as good as we’ve ever had anywhere. And what a selection-Outstanding! The food was authentic, delicious and worth every penny. The owner which we met was fantastic and it was easy to see after talking to him why this is such a highly rated restaurant! The staff was equally as friendly and welcoming. We live almost an hour away but were in the area this weekend and found this wonderful place via a google search. Boy are we glad we stopped in. It was the highlight of our weekend and we are looking forward to the next chance we get to stop back in. The restaurant business is a very tough market and to survive you need to get most everything exactly right. This place was a home run from beginning to end. Go there- you Wont be sorry.
We stopped in planning to have dinner, and left without ordering. Staff was accommodating, margaritas were pre-made and didn't taste super fresh, chips fried to order which was nice, but salsa was like sour water, no heat, smoke, or flavor. If you can't nail a margarita or salsa for $5, I'm not risking $24 on an entree. Would rather drive 30 minutes away to another Mexican restaurant than revisit this local option.
Service ok. Staff is friendly just know sense of urgency. Food ok but for Mexican food not a lot of flavor. Who ever heard of that. Way too pricey for what you get. Had to wait forever to get the bill and then waiting to pay the bill. This place is small. no one really here. will not be back.
Really delicious food & attentive staff. 5 stars.Food: 5/5
You guys need to clean the DUST off the lights in your dining room. Literally inches thick dust crusting over everything. You make good food but don’t be gross, dust your place!!!!
Chimichangas and burritos were delicious and fairly priced $15 each. We were seated and ordered very quickly. Kinda disappointed though because this is the only mecican/spanish restaurant that didnt serve chips or anything for the table. Service was decent but they were understaffed so it wasnt the waitress fault. The food was hot and made well, not a large portion. A good stop but not my ideal place
