Named Connecticut's Best Community College Since 2002
Manchester Community College is one of the largest of the Connecticut Community Colleges, with more than 7,000 undergraduates in credit programs each year, and it has the largest percentage of traditional-aged college students among its sister schools. MCC is proud of its academic excellence, new facilities, flexible schedules, small classes, low tuition, and faculty members with both academic and "real-world" credentials.
MCC offers more than 90 degrees and certificates, with programs designed to fit the varying needs of students. Classes are held days, evenings, weekends, and online, and they prepare students for entry into a growing career field or transfer to a baccalaureate institution for further study. Articulation agreements with the state’s universities provide ease of transfer and maximize credits awarded. Financial aid is available, and comprehensive packages of grants, loans, scholarships, and work-study opportunities help make an MCC education affordable for all.
Manchester Community College advances academic, economic, civic, personal and cultural growth by providing comprehensive, innovative and affordable learning opportunities to diverse populations. We are a learning-centered community committed to access, excellence and relevance.
MCC offers a wide variety of degree programs and certificate programs in Arts, Business, Information Systems & Office Technology, Engineering & Technology, Culinary & Hospitality, English & Humanities, Health Careers, Social Service Careers, and Science, as well as the popular General Studies and Liberal Arts options.
