Manchester School is a unique private preschool for young children ages 12 weeks-6 years. Our curriculum uses a natural and Reggio-inspired approach to learning.
Our curriculum is student-driven. This simply means that our projects will be based on the children's interests throughout the year. A project may change in two days, or last a month. We believe that art, music, reading, math, science, and social studies, should be taught throughout the day, but within the spectrum of ideas that interest the children, versus pre-planned themes scheduled for the year.
Manchester follows Kansas Early Learning Standards from infant-pre-kindergarten.
We have natural playgrounds that include an outdoor art studio and natural items for play such as logs, hills, slides, gardens, and a playhouse to mix mud pies and whatever the children's imagination can create.
All classrooms have video monitoring so parents can log in with their smartphones or computers and see what their little ones are up to!
To encourage children of all abilities to be inventors, artists, mathematicians, readers, and scientists while exploring and learning about the natural environment around them.
Tuition Rates:
12 weeks to 1 year $222.79 per week
1 year to 2 1/2 years $201.57 per week
2 1/2 years to 4 years $190.96 per week
4 years to 6 years $190.96 per week
*These rates include a healthy breakfast, hormone free milk, and a healthy snack. Your child has the option of bringing a sack lunch from home or you can have a meal plan for $4.30/meal that includes fresh fruits and vegetables (mostly organic) and no highly-processed foods. There will be no juice served.
Additional Fees:
$50 Application Fee (non-refundable but will be applied to enrollment fee at time of placement)
$145 Enrollment Fee is non-refundable and does not apply to tuition. This fee is for supplies, technology expense, and school publications. For returning students, (starting year 2, the fee is $100, due each October)
*Additional fees for school pictures, field trips, special events, etc will be payed upon event.
Tuition can be paid monthly, or bi-weekly. Tuition is always pre-paid.
