The best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a nail salon. Great vibes, great conversations, an deal or no deal was on. Must I add wine was provided to me an my hubby whom didn’t receive service. They are the only salon that’s been able to shape my nails with it being short. My daughter 8 years old and I went in for my birthday to get pedicures. we first arrived no one was in the shop, after about 10 minutes someone finally came out. It had been so long of a wait I actually felt uncomfortable and told my daughter we would wait a couple minutes and leave. She spent about 10 minutes on my daughter. My mother in law paid for my pedicure in advance. The whole time the lady was on the phone while doing my pedicure. She made my toes bleed and the polish wasn't even. Then she originally charged me $88 then she cancelled it and charged $100. They argued that my appointment was paid for. So I ended up paying $100 and my mother in law paid $50. They said do you have a receipt of course not they didn't give any receipts to either of us. Terrible experience. I will never get a pedicure again. I thought it was going to be relaxing but no not even close. It took a total of 30 minutes, and cost a total of $150. All the equipment was dirty the chairs were ripped. I normally do not do reviews and I wish I could do 2 of them. I my nails dipped and they turned out great. However, I wasn’t as lucky with my pedicure. I didn’t have the same person for my pedicure. I will say since Saturday my toes have been so swollen and in pain. I tried to stop him from pulling a section of my nail off on my toenails but that didn’t seem to stop him. Instead he handed me the section he pulled off. My toenails bled and I’m extremely worried what was supposed to be a relaxing pedicure will be turning into a doctor visit.Service: Pedicure
My new place to go for nails! My boyfriend’s daughter had an appointment for her nails and myself and my son’s girlfriend were walk ins. They got all of us right in! Offered us snacks, drinks, and myself wineI was the only one of age lol. The staff and owners were beyond friendly and so accommodating with all of us! We will all definitely be back!
