The girls who work here are EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. Don’t ever come to this mandees, it’s evident that no one cares about customer service. All the reviews are right STAY FAR AWAY from this store! Obviously management isn’t doing a good job at addressing these issues. There was one girl, short with glasses, at checkout and while there wasn’t much conversation she was patient and greeted me with respect. I do appreciate her.
Went into the store on a rack of bottoms and tops the sign said mix and match 3 for $15. I picked up two tops and one bottom . The cashier Kelly not sure if she gave me her correct name @530 on Saturday February 19,2022 asked me if I wanted to pick up another top for $15 I explained to her the sign said mix and match . I then stated I no longer want the items . I began to walk away and the cashier said something smart out of her mouth . I added she needs to have better customer service . I went and asked who’s the manager, Kelly then pointed me to another young lady who was there by the name of Michell not sure if she also gave me the correct name I explained to Michell what happened and asked her if she was going to do anything about how the cashier addressed me and she stated no because she’s having a bad day . I then stated so because Kelly the cashier is having a bad day she needs to make my day bad as well . This was the worst customer service I’ve ever received . I will never come back to this store ever again ..
This store is super unprofessional and disgusting. The manager told me she doesn’t care about the customer service because she was short staffed and that’s not her problem .
This little girl right here was very rude made up a “5 item limit and that I can’t try any more” when all the sign says is you can’t have more than 5 items in the fitting room at once when I’m clearly 8 months pregnant trying to find clothe that fits me.. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me, the manager wasn’t even present but she lied and said the manager made the rule. Horrible service and manDees needs to improve their customer service maybe then they wouldn’t be going out of business
I been coming to Mandee since I was a little girl now I’m 33 years old and I have too tell you Mandee changed so much in a bad way the clothing every top was a crop top and that’s not the acceptable clothes too wear when your a mature woman. I went in the beginning of March and that’s all they had. I believe since they went bankrupt the company it went down hill. The staff is welcoming no issue there but that’s about it. The buyer for Mandee has too start carrying clothes for every type of girl.
Customer service is HORRIBLE! The young girls working here are extremely disrespectful. Not only did I have an issue there was a pregnant woman there having an issue as well with the workers and they were literally yelling at her. They all lie about their names and who’s the manager. I have lived in Kearny since 2010 and always come here to shop and I will NEVER step foot into here again since they are so rude. Corporate will be hearing about this as well! The girl pictured is a worker who wouldn’t give us her name but once we took the picture she says “if you delete the picture I’ll give you my name” YEA RIGHT! Should’ve been honest and respectful from the beginning.

Nice place to shop! It offers good sales on different clothing styles. All the prices are reasonable, depends on what selection you are choosing from. They have different pajama sets, dressy shoes, jeans, blouses, boots, different sweat suits, t-shirts with sayings on them, dresses, accessories and more! The staff is very helpful and courteous when in need of assistance, and its not too crowded.
I just love this store, there is always good sales and they have nice clothing.
I am very not happy of the way they treated me in the store once I finish paying the lady told me it was Final sale and no exchange or return the lady said what do you expect you are buying things for $5 I explained to her that I would have liked to know that before I made a purchase she explained to me it's not her job that if I don't like it don't shop I asked her what was the attitude about and then a Puerto Rican lady I think she's Puerto Rican came at me very aggressive
