Caring, helpful, and professional while making me very comfortable in knowing I entrusted my loved ones final arrangements with the right funeral home. Also, going above and beyond by dropping off a borrowed easel that my family needed for his ceremony at our church. Maneval Allen Redmond Funeral Home in Williamsport demonstrated professionalism and kindness in dealing with my father's passing in January. Although everything had been prepaid years ago there were a number of details to be finalized . Lou worked with my family to provide a meaningful experience and he was able to organize the gravesite service without any problems. Due to our religious beliefs this needed to be done within 48 hours. Everything went smoothly and Lou followed through with calls and emails after the service. My family is very grateful for the care and concern afforded us and Lou made a difficult time much easier to bear.

Maneval Allen Redmond Funeral Home handled the arrangements for both of my parents who passed in January 2018 and December 2019. They handled every aspect of the arrangements with a thoroughness, a level of professionalism, and with a respectful dignity that far exceeded my expectations- from the wake, to the mass and to the interment at the cemetery. The family was able to grieve and celebrate the memory of my parents without having to think about managing the complexities of the funeral at a very trying time. Even after the funeral, we were contacted by the staff simply to check in to see how we were coping and to make us aware of additional resources available to help us through the grief of losing a loved one. In every aspect my brother and I were extremely pleased with the experience we had with Maneval Allen Redmond and their caring staff.

I have to say the one fella that was there durung services dont remember his name. But he was wonderful very empathetic and sympathized with us. He had brown hair bigger guy with beard. He was super nice.
