Reviews

I drop in just to use their treadmills when it’s unfriendly weather outdoors and have had no complaints overall. The machines are well maintained and I appreciate the copious amounts of wipes available. Ventilation is okay, but could be better to help with the current covid situation. Most patrons are good about wearing masks while they’re not engaging in strenuous exercise, but there are also some folks that are unmasked in general. The front desk staff does seem to verify vaccination status which eases my anxiety a bit. Overall a clean and convenient facility!

Update: I did receive a prompt and courteous response from management regarding the issue and was assured it was something that would take seriously.  I ultimately decided to cancel my membership anyway, but did appreciate the professionalism.  Management also reached out to say they were installing lock boxes that you could use your own locks for added security. I can not verify whether this actually happened but again it's nice they addressed the issue.  Original Review : Have enjoyed using this gym for a while now.  Recently had an acquaintance that left due to theft of cash from their locker. I normally never have cash so I have never had a problem.  Unfortunately, the one time I have cash it gets stolen from a zipped pocket on the inside of my coat.  If you work out here make sure you show up with no cash or anything of value. The locker room, including your locker, is not secure. All employees have access to your locker combo. I definitely think an employee here is up to no good. Unfortunate, as I enjoy the facility, but gonna have to cancel.

I have been a member since since the beginning of this year. I switched recently from another gym in the area as my office moved locations and this was more convenient for me.  Overall, I can say that I am quite pleased with the gym. For starters, the staff is very friendly and personable, which is hard to find in a NY gym. The facilities are well-maintained and cleaned regularly. Although I initially thought there may be a lack of some equipment that I would like to have, I was pleasantly surprised as I got to know their equipment. It is compact, but versatile.

This is a great gym! It’s very clean and there's always lots of space, including a beautiful outdoor deck! The gym provides you with your own combination locker, as well as clean work out clothes, towels, hair ties, and a multitude of toiletries. Great classes and instructors.

I’m a new joiner and I love this place! The locker rooms have everything you need to feel fresh and clean after q good workout! Instructors are very professional and friendly. Very clean. Everything is brand new and the views are amazing. This boutique gym looks like a hotel!

Great little gym in downtown Brooklyn, never crowded, never have to wait to use weights or machines. Small, intense classes during lunch and after work. They provide gym clothes, towels and permanent lockers so really convenient for people who work nearby. Clean locker rooms with sauna and steam room, also never crowded.

Membership will continue to charge your card after you quit.  I signed up for the gym back in 2018 but due to a relocation had to quit.  I told the manager that I needed to quit he told me that he would take care of it.  Here it is almost 8 months later and they are STILL charging my card.  I've been in contact with the manager and they have NOT YET issued a refund.  Maybe posting to social media will get their attention.

I've only taken the classes here. The instructors are good, but little to no adjustments offered. The floor boards in the studio has gaps so it's a little unsafe. Great changing room space, always clean.

This gym is pretty good - very clean, never crowded and the staff is nice. Getting membership info was shady & difficult, I wish they had later hours, and the music is pretty terrible and usually too loud - bring headphones!

I love the convenience of a permanent locker to keep shoes etc and they even supply workout clothes so you can just show up and work out. Very clean, and never crowded. I really enjoy access to a balcony to take my workout outside on a nice day.
