I have to say I've been working in the city for 25 years . By far this is the best mini storage I have ever been to the place is super clean ESPECIALLY THE BATHROOMS. Customer service rep  Kim was so helpful and attentive to my needs. All Storage facility employee should be as energetic and friendly as she was. Very informative and make sure I left happy. Her manager was very helpful as well. I appreciate the service and I will continue to use this mini storage for as long as I need to I highly recommend.

I’ve had a few units here for 6-7 years. The facility is great. The staff is even better. Kenny, Tiffany, Xavier, Kim, Nigel, Adu, Ramon, and Rich are absolutely fantastic. They care about the customers. They take good care of the facility. And they take great pride in what they do!

My company has been using the Manhattan‘s storage on Spring St. in Manhattan since before I was working here. As for the last several months that I’ve been coming here, the staff has been amazing. Big thanks  to Kenny, Tiffani, Nigel Xavier Kim, Adu Ramon, Rich. They helped us with the transferring from one unit to the next. They’ve been incredibly helpful, sweet, and extremely professional. It is an absolute pleasure working with them.

Kim was so incredibly helpful, I can’t sing her praises enough. She was kind and understanding even when I was late for my own delivery of boxes. She assured me that she’d be waiting for me and not to stress, she’d help the delivery guys out until I arrived. She couldn’t have been nicer, even though the place was understaffed and she was clearly doing the job of three people. Kim is a rock star.

Donna was absolutely the best and most patient sales associate we’ve ever had. Thank you Donna for making the process so easy and being so cheerful and welcoming.

Kim is a saint. My company had a very bizarre item that needed to be stored safely. She toured us around for an hour, showing us multiple options of units. She was beyond patient with us and understanding of our situation.  She worked with us while we got everything on our end sorted out with approval and billing and never once made us feel like a bother. Storage units are clean and easy to access Would recommend.

I was very grateful to be assisted by Tiffany whom was quick to help and offered many solutions and was efficient on a matter I thought would take much longer, she listened to what I had to say and had immediate answers on a complex situation with no hesitation.  On another day, I had an issue and was assisted by Kim and she walked me around and was comprehensive and made sure to answer any questions I might’ve had and was reassuring. She waived a transfer fee and the storage unit I received was clean and was very exciting considering the time! Both Tiffany and Kim were very friendly and professional which was a refreshing experience.  This storage facility is always a very friendly experience and high-quality.

I have been a customer for 1 1/2 years. The facility at 260 Spring St is clean, well lit, secure and comfortable all year long.  I needed to change my unit size and was incredibly impressed by DONNA, the on-site advisor. She made everything happen on my timeframe, which meant immediately. I felt well taken care of and in good hands. Many thanks to all at this location for keeping a nice facility but especially to Donna for taking care of me.
