Where to start!? Becca is amazing and followed us from beginning to end on a redesign of my fiancé’s mother’s wedding ring. We wanted to keep the original mid- century feel that reminded her of her mom when she saw it and yet create a more day to day wearable ring in today’s modern setting. It is fantastic!! Gorgeous and perfect! Lane, Carly and Becca did an amazing job!! We are thrilled with the final result and can say enough about how good this team of talented artists are!! And to top it off - Lane then took the rest of her mom’s wedding band and created a wedding band for her that is made to fit the new design perfectly!! Wow! Thank you Lane Mitchel Jewelers and Becca for being a part of creating our forever ring! We are grateful
This review is long overdue. I brought my wedding set to Lane back in November, each band had a terrible crack. It was then Lane was able to magnify both my rings and show me the true distress each ring had. My set was passed down to me and are from the 1930s. Which was quite clear no one in a century had done any work on maintaining either ring, myself included. At that point Lane walked me through 3 price options regarding lowest to highest which, I did appreciate. I did not intend walking in there that day to do a full restoration but after seeing the damage- from most to all prongs being worn down, some stones were already visibly loose on camera, and the metal also showed severe wear and tear. I decided to fully restore both rings. It’s worth noting that my soon-to-be brother-in-law was having my sister’s engagement ring made at Lanes’ at the same time and we were hopeful to remove 2 stones from my set to use in her ring. Karlie worked with us on making that happen, as my rings were the last of any jewelry from our grandmother and we wanted to incorporate her in some way for my sister. Even though the stones were slightly smaller in size for the setting Karlie assured us she would be able to make them work. The 2 diamonds in my ring were absolutely flawlessly replaced with the birthstones of my daughters. When I picked up my ring, I can tell you I cried as I did the day my husband gave me that ring over 13years ago. It was beyond stunning. When the question was popped in early December my sister was beyond words excited and cried not only over the gorgeous ring itself but the sentimental effort that Karlie & Dan provided. Thank you for making dreams come true!!
Highly recommend Lane Mitchell Jewelers for custom wedding and engagement rings! Years ago, my now husband and I happened upon this place and were warmly greeted by all staff. At the time, we were looking at engagement rings, and everyone made us feel welcome yet unpressured. My husband ended up returning to them to help create a custom engagement ring. The end result was absolutely gorgeous! With care, they used my husband’s grandmother’s diamond and worked with my husband to design a stunning engagement ring. After our engagement, my husband and I moved across the country, and he returned to them to design my wedding ring. Rebecca went above and beyond in ensuring the wedding ring complimented the beauty of the engagement ring. She video chatted with us and had great communication with my husband. Rebecca was amazingly helpful. She helped problem solve an issue, and designed a ring I will cherish forever. We are so happy with Rebecca’s support and the final products! The rings are absolutely gorgeous! You can tell Rebecca has a passion and talent for what she does. We are so grateful to have such a beautiful symbol of our love that is so uniquely ours!
Had a wonderful experience with Nora, letting me try on various vintage pieces. One bracelet caught my eye and she was great showing me the markings on the back and writing down the artist. Would recommend the store. The pieces were beautifully displayed.
My experience at Lane Mitchell Jewelers was nothing short of amazing A very sentimental ring needed to be cut off my finger, in the process the stone also came out. I was devastated I was treated with such kindness and was assured that the repairs could be done. Dan restored my ring and it’s better than new. I am so grateful to you all!!
I made two purchases here, one was just to get a gold chain for a pendant and the other was to have the stone in my wedding ring replaced. I received excellent customer service both times and really appreciated Lane sitting down with me to look at stones to select the right one, and then including a polishing and clean up of my band as part of the service. He also turned around the work really quickly when I said I would be leaving town at the end of the week. Prices have been great for both visits. I also appreciate all the times the staff has come outside and given my dog a treat when we walk by. :-
I have a very old ring. It came from my grandfather to my Dad and now me. Lane Mitchell Jewelers has worked on it a couple times for me. I had to go to Alabama for 3 years but now I’m back in Colorado. My ring broke while I was gone so I brought it to Lane Mitchell just as soon as I got back. As soon as I walked in the store with my service dog we were met by Stephanie who immediately asked if she could help me. I told her about coming in a couple times before. Steph was very interested about the story of my ring. Steph was very professional, kind and caring and understood what the ring means to me. My experience is always lovely at Lane's. I recently brought my custom ring in for a cleaning, tightening of the stone, and got it polished. Over the past 4 years, the moonstone had started to get a foggy film over it, as it would. Dan did a wonderful job polishing it and it looks BRAND NEW. The transformation was so big, I wish I had taken before photos! Thank you so much!
Wow!!! I am blown away by the outcome of my new CUSTOM wedding bands! Start to finish Becca and Karli made the whole process easy, painless, and hands on. We started this amazing journey with a free consultation, sat down and designed everything! Then Lane the owner himself hand carved the wedding band out of wax for me to try on and approve before anything was made. After hand casting, polishing, setting diamonds, and most likely more steps i don’t know about because I’m not a jeweler…. My rings were done!! Ahh!! I’m so excited to get married and wear them for the rest of my life! I can’t tell you how grateful I am! Thank you Lane Mitchell Jewlers!
While shopping along in manitou we found the most beautiful little vintage ring shop. When I went in I was instantly greeted and felt welcomed! Mae ended up selling my future husband the most beautiful Vera Wang ring! We are so glad we stopped in and so much in love with this ring! Thank you so much to you guys!! We loved it there!
