Mankato Farmers Market

I absolutely love the Mankato Farmer's Market. So many different farmers & other kinds of sellers set up their booths in the Best Buy parking lot on Saturday mornings. They're open for business on Tuesday & Thursday evenings as well.

I love our Farmer's Market! Go on Saturday mornings, when you can get fresh-roasted and brewed coffee from local Mankato- based Beans Coffee, pick up a pastry from the Market Bakery, and stroll through the vendors, listening to local musicians and taking in all the freshest in-season produce and meats, plus locally-made soaps, pottery, honey, flowers and more! Many vendors require cash, but there is an ATM available on the grounds. A great place for kids. No dogs allowed just service dogs. Plenty of nearby parking.

My favorite place for Saturday mornings. They also do Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. You need to get here early to get the best choices but there's no bad options. My absolute favorites are: Rebel Rooster Farm for mushrooms, Cedar Crate Farms for a plethora of the finest, most colorful, best flavor veggies and Finnspiration Blankets for baby things!

Excellent selection of crafts, baked goods and farm fresh produce.

GREAT selection and growers are very helpful. Organics and herbs. One of the consistent honey sellers takes debit/credit card, others may, too. Open til 6 pm. Support local, hard working farmers and bonus, tastes great.

Rebel Rooster Farms was amazing! They sell gourmet mushrooms . Very knowledgeable about her product & happy to share. Also offered recipes & a sheet that shared the different traits of each variety. Great prices!

Great farmer's market- lots of variety, great produce and products, fair pricing. It's been awesome being able to get fresh produce throughout the summer. Convenient location, but parking can be a little sparse. Get there early before all the good stuff is gone! :

Best place in Mankato to get farm fresh produce. Small market, compared to other communities, but still really good. They have some really good breakfast sandwiches and it's a good way to start Saturday. Make sure to check out the fresh squeezed juice from WYSIWYG when there.

Awesome vendors and great music! We get our eggs, honey, soap, coffee, salmon, produce for fermenting, and so much fresh veg here. No ATM, but they do take debit or credit and EBT in exchange for tokens to use with any vendor.

Horrible! Salesperson walked away while waiting on me to help another in the middle of sale. Went to buy tokens for purchase, no money available. Went to best buy, salesperson to transfer info from old to new computer, did not explain what he was doing, kept looking around, i felt ignored. Walked out of farmers market and best buy. Will try a different day when I can be given full attention.
