Been here almost a month and food is not within the dietary limit I'm in , food is cold or undercooked. Why pass menus if not sticking by patients request. Cannot complaints about nurses but in house doctor doesn't listen to your concerns. Room are not cleaned every day it's up to us patients to organize your room, sharing one bathroom with four patients and it a female and male that are using the bathroom without locks. No Wi-Fi this rehab needs major upgrades rooms are small for Two patients cannot wait to go home.

This place is horrible!!!!! It smells like urine as soon as you walk In. My aunt ended up getting pneumonia while she was in there and then they tried to release her. There staff is incompetent. They go through your belongings, they ignore medication schedules, they don't sanitize their hands. Oh and if you say your leaving because of the conditions they threaten to say you left against doctors orders so your forced to stay. Don't let your loved ones go here. Also her roommate sat in her own urine for over an hour till they changed her. This place should be closed down.

I have a sister in the location in Bethlehem for rehab. If i could give a 0 I would have.  Room is absolutely filthy. Was not cleaned prior to her arrival.  Just disgusting.  I am going to call department of health. They tell me they are short staff and have no weekend cleaners for 1st floor.

I can say from observation that day shift is a wonderful team that cares for their patients with the utmost respect and sympathy. Night shift however, are not personable people and do not do their job correctly. Patience wait hours on end to receive assistance. When attended to by an RN or CNA, the patient is met rudely and aggressively. As if their job is too much to ask for. All I would say is, that if you are not a personable person who does not care for other beings then maybe you should find another job elsewhere. Understandably you may be short-staffed but do your job correctly and with respect.

My ex has just been transported here from the Hospital for rehabilitation because he’s been in the hospital for 25 day and very weak and needs to regain strength and mobility.   We have been here about an hour and 1/2 and haven’t been greeted by someone on staff to welcome us and explain how things work here, what it’s like.  If I wasn’t here he would have been confused and alone.  He suffers from brain tumours and gets confused.  Someone came in to weigh him and put him on oxygen since we got here but this is crazy.  Now I’m afraid to leave him.  They know absolutely nothing about him from the hospital.  God bless the patients that don’t have family support.

Last week my mother was in the 2029 building medbridge recovering from covid. When I would call for updates about her the nurses always acted like I was an inconvenience. I completely dislike all the nurses I ever had a conversation with. The food wasn’t that bad but wasn’t the best. Takes forever for the nurses to do their job passing out meds etc. they need to start staffing these places!! It’s ridiculous.  but the positives are the PT workers, the lady’s were so nice to my mother and took their time with her!!  And the one aid my mom would refer to her as “Ariel” with the red hair was very attentive and warming to my mother.  I’m 50/50 on recommending this place to others.

My mother was there for a short time for rehabilitation and it was not a pleasant experience for her. My mother and I felt her living space was not as clean as it should have been and the staff were both inconsiderate and unmotivated to do their job. There were several issues about her not receiving medication for pain in a timely manner causing her great discomfort after having had a back surgery. I took it upon myself to advocate for my mother and was unfortunately informed by my mother not to try to help again as "it makes it worse". I then spoke to management about this concern only to find that nothing was really done to improve matters.  There were several appointments that the facility itself scheduled and was to provide transportation to said appointments yet because of their lack of organization these appointments were missed.  HCR ManorCare had even contacted me to give me the times and days of these appointments yet my mother never attended either appointment despite even getting ready to leave for one of these  appointments.  I brought this up to ManorCare and I was not given any explanation of how or why these errors occurred. The whole time my mother was at the facility for rehabilitation the staff dealt with me as if my mother had no control over her own decisions on her treatment. I felt that they treated her as if she had no cognitive awareness and she is in fact  capable of dealing with her own life situations. When my mother wanted to leave the facility it seemed like a hassle to do so. Outside of my mother's experience I have seen a staff member scolding a resident for having her curtains closed... It was the manner in which this employee decided to speak to this resident that soured me. I have also known several good people who have worked there and subsequently left the employment of this facility due to the less than desirable treatment of patience. The only good thing I can say is that the team that helped my mother during her actually physical therapy and Occupational therapy were great and were helpful to my mother. I wouldn't ever recommend that you keep your parent or loved one there for any reason. Please keep looking for their own good.

Although I've never shared an online review in my life, I feel that I must share the experience that my husband and I recently had as he was transferred to Manor Care's MedBridge Dept in Bethlehem PA after a hospital stay.  I need to express that we can not say enough positive things.  My husband was very pleased with the care that he received, the staff, and even the food which totally surprised me.  I on the other hand had communicated with Casey Willie Social Services, Jennfier Thomma Admission, Lori Bohenek Rehab and Craig Ronco, CRNP, all of whom were professional, caring, understanding and patient with me as I was going through this difficult time. The bottom line is that I would refer anyone to this facility in a heartbeat and we thank each and every staff member there for all that they do!

Can't give a zero star so 1 is bad enough. This place is disgusting, they don't clean properly, everything is old and broken, thier are blood stains on the bathroom walls. The staff are really slow. I've mentioned to both nurses and doctors about me bleeding on the floor multiple times and no one has come to clean it in the whole day.  I've been waiting 6 hours for a wound packing and dressing change and pain meds. I keep asking the attendees to talk to the nurse and it seems I'm either ignored or they just don't tell the nurse. I've been waiting 6 hours with blood coming out of my open wounds in constant pain and no way to get any relief. The food is worse than public school lunch. They have nothing healthy on thier menu. It's literally all just fried food and carbs. You won't find cleanliness or good service here. If you can avoid this place you'd be doing yourself a favor.

This place is horrible! First when you walk in it smells like death, so I can only imagine how clean it is. Staff is not trained properly. My mother just had a knee replacement, they wheeled her to a room in a chair with no leg support , hitting her leg & bouncing her around the whole way. She was forced to try to get up & use the bathroom by herself 4 times at night with no one even watching if she fell or aiding her. Then she had to wait over 2hours for pain medication. I called the supervisor, & when the nurse finally came in she gave my mom an attitude about it & only 1pill instead of the 2-she had been receiving. I will be removing her from their care today. If you love the person run the other way!!!! Oh & I hope your not hungry this is what they serve but this is the 2021 Westgate Drive Building
