My mom has been at this facility for almost 2 weeks and we could not be happier here! We had a terrible experience at another facility. Lacey Post Acute rehabilitation facility is extremely professional and my mom has been receiving OT and PT services everyday. And she is making incredible progress. The therapists working with her are extremely knowledgeable and kind and have my mom’s best interests at heart. The LPNs and CNAs are also very patient and kind. I am so happy and relieved we decided to send my mom here for her rehabilitation. This place is a gem! And my mom loves it, especially after her first experience someplace else.
I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the professional care provided by the staff at Lacey Post Acute & Rehabilitation aka Manor Care to Evelyn B. After a month of care Evelyn expressed she always felt safe and very well cared for and transitioning to assisted living would be a serious mistake. As her caregiver, I fully agreed. The decision proved providential as medical issues emerged, almost on a weekly basis. After four months of continued excellent care, Evelyn was able to successfully return to assisted living. I appreciate that the entire staff always kept me informed of all issues related her status and am happy I was able to visit so frequently. A special thanks to the social workers who helped me navigate this lengthy experience. Thank You. Mike E.
I was here 01/10/23-03/25/23 recovering from surgery. I am now back recovering from another surgery and both times that I have been here I've had the best care, all the people who work here are wonderful, knowledgeable, professional, kind and very happy and I believe it's because they love their jobs, which they are great at! All the directors of every department were caring, kind and there to answer all your questions. The facility is also clean and the grounds are beautiful. I was very very happy after the 2nd surgery that I was able to come back to recover here. The only disappointment is that I was not able to give this place a 10 star rating!
Best facility we have ever been to. Worst care. Literally never received any of the medical care promised. Dr Con attempted to force my father into a neck brace marked the wrong size on the side. When he said he could not he yelled at us "you witnessed he refused care" and left the room. Only concerned with potential litigation. Did not provide care or agreed to and lied about it before forcing him out. Save the heart ache and pain to Your loved ones. Go anywhere else.
The facility was clean, bright, and well-lit. There were daily activities set up for the patients. What impressed me most was the staff. From the nurses, to the CNAs, to the Therapists, to the Admin, I could tell that they all cared about the well-being of the residents. The Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy facility was modern, and the Therapists encouraged progress without pushing too hard. I would highly recommend Promedica.
Upon arrival I was brought to my room and I found two beds, I then voiced I had never been in a shared room before. They informed me there was no one else in the room. Several days later I was informed I would get a roommate and we became friendly. For all the time I was a patient here, my roommate and I got along well! Almost without fail everyone I met was kind, helpful and enjoyable! Also the staff here is exemplary! There are fun activities and the food is above average. I will miss both the staff and the residents when I leave!
First off.. My Dad has been here on long term care just over a year. The actual a RNs are great. This is my Revised review from last year. There are a few a issues with cleanliness, dirty linens. floors, when speaking with staff they are always willing to step up and get things fixed. They strive to make things right.
I had very kind and caring attention while here. I've also had good and helpful Physical/Occupational therapy as well! I love the idea there are lounges to go to when my family comes to visit. My visitors have all been very impressed with the atmosphere here! Any questions I've had, all have been answered in a timely manner.
I want to thank the Maintenance Staff, Willow and Rock, for their expertise and hard work. I work at a sister facility and appreciate their efforts in assisting us.
The care I received from Promedica is over the top awesome! From the facility to every person that interacts with me and helps in my recovery, I cannot fault one person here. Everyone has bent over backwards to give the most kind and thoughtful care. Myself and my partner want to thank each and every person here, and the part they’ve played in my recovery. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
