I've been here since Sept 3 rd. Iv had some wonderful experiences with the staff. One of them is Michelle Brown she now a concierge she doing a great job of making shore that all residents needs are met and she has a great personality. The daytime nurse take care of us very well. The place is clean and a lounge for us has games and TV.

I would like to thank largo for taking me back again after my relapse. The rehab team the nurses and the concierge have been wonderful since my return. They are still doing a great job here at largo rehab. And admission is doing a great job with the great welcoming they put out.

Facility is old, in poor condition, unkept with broken lights, spackled repaired patches on walls everywhere without on effort to re-paint and smells like urine as soon as you enter the facility. My mother was in the faculty for 2 months and their facility TV in her room did not work the entire time. There were continual COVID outbreaks and the staff were not very friendly or accommodating to my mother and many of the poor patients seeking treatment. The Case worker, nurses and administrative staff all seem more interested in filling beds and attempting to gain control of the patients’ finances then the well-being of the person needing care. This is the worst place anyone could bring their loved one.

I was asked by the Admission Director to write a positive rating for Largo Health Care. Unfortunately, she will not be getting one. My husband was transferred from Waldorf Center to Largo because it was only 10 minutes from my home. This was the worse decision I have ever made. I read the reviews but was assured by The Director that it was one or two relatives that had written these reviews. DO NOT put your relatives in this place! The rooms are nasty and very depressing! The staff from the Administrator to the cleaning staff should be fired. They were constantly saying “am sorry “ when I complained about poor medication management, repositioning of my husband and the poor condition of the room. This place should be shut down. My husband passed away on 9/2/2022. He was taken to the hospital from Largo Health Facility and I wouldn’t recommend putting a rat in this place. I experienced firsthand the neglect at Largo. The GNAs were lazy, had very bad attitudes and didn’t speak very good English. I reached out to PG Patients Advocate and was very disappointed with her lack of help. I am angry, frustrated and upset with the lack of oversight on this nursing home. I saw firsthand the neglect on patients that didn’t have a love one to check on them. For all those families looking for somewhere to put your love, Please Don’t put them in Largo Health Care. I thank God, My husband did get to come home and transitioned in comfort and in a loving environment. Loretta Armstrong

If you are nursing aid that loved to be abused this is your place. Everyone when I said everyone in this building is a bully, I’m not making it up. They hate you if you stand up for yourself. The management talk down to the the aids. The treatment of the patients is horrible, patients are always left for hours not being cleaned up. the short time I worked there was a truly awful experience, it’s was what nightmares are made off.

Hello to whom it may concern I Anthony Pitts the husband of Jernelle Pitts whom was a patient in the Nursing Center as for my experience and service and treatment I and my wife received was the type of service I hope that everyone that comes to Largo Nursing and Rehabilitation Center will receive the love, caring and compassion we received was beyond my expectations I have heard so many bad thing about Nursing home and the reviews are terrible but I can only speak of my own experiences and I was very pleased with the way that the professionalism of workers in their work ethic in going up and beyond to address all my concerns this is how all Nursing home should be and I would recommend Largo Nursing and Rehabilitation Center to everyone Thank You so very much Anthony F Pitts

I came from hospital in bad shape and I'm leaving a better person. I have met life long friends in this center. And I would love thank the rehab workers they work miracle's.

If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would definitely give it minus 100 stars. This facility is HORRIBLE. The environment is depressing, uninviting and not conducive to physical and emotional healing. Almost everything is in disrepair! My niece was there for one week before she was able to transfer to a much better facility. She was supposed to receive intensive OT and PT, but never received a PT assessment or treatment plan!!! Services are lacking, some staff are unresponsive, rude and lack compassion. Many times she waited for more than an hour before someone came into her room after she pressed the buzzer for assistance. The front desk receptionist lacks basic good customer service skills and was very nasty, unprofessional and should not be the initial point of contact. We were not pleased with the social worker and had to follow up repeatedly to ensure that the transfer paperwork was completed and faxed. I had to lodge several complaints and write two scathing emails to the administrators about the conditions there. I was able to identify the corporate office, but it was easier for E.T. to “phone home” than it was for me to contact the parent company! This facility should be closed permanently!!!! Please do not even consider putting your loved one there.

My father was in this facility roughly a month ago. Very hard to communicate with staff. Had multiple incidents where staff was unfriendly. My father was moved to another “clean” room while i was visiting that had a suction canister with fluid from another patient right on his night stand and a dirty bed. Staff was silent/ unapologetic. Many incidents/ experiences leading me to give this facility one star. However the admissions coordinator unsure of her name, office was on the first left through main entrance was at least compassionate. She ensured i got a call back and was very apologetic for all we experienced.

The nursing staff is good and food is good and the hospitality is great. They are taking good care of me since I've been here.
