Nothing like a cemetery that can't keep the place neat and clean. I saw that. I go to see my brothers grave and they've decided to claim the last of 10 plots that was bought by my great grandfather. As big as that place is they decide to home in on a spot that was already paid for and bury someone within in an inch of my brother also causing half of his stone to sink into the ground. Making it look neglected and you'd think nobody cares. I'm very upset and they're going to have to explain to me their rules and laws as to why they chose to sell an obsolete person into a 10 person family plot area by reclaiming it. Other than nothing but being greedy and getting paid twice for a plot. WHO IS THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON THAT DID THIS?????? I'm devastated & sickened they could be like that. They're has to be over a 1,000 spots left and what do they do? Run a query on inactivity and resell a plot. Wrong thing to do. My brother still has sisters, brother and family.
Very Beautiful well kept grounds. Lots of people buried there for sure. It's a descent sized landmark in Mansfield. Old mozeleums and Graves from very late 1700s early 1800s!
This is a fascinating and beautiful cemetery. There are old mausoleam's and detailed statues, I dare say more picturesque than the cemeteries of New Orleans.
Beautiful Cemetery with great statuary!
I've always thought this cemetery was beautiful but I was there today to plant flowers for Memorial Day and was appalled at how bad the grass/trimming was. You couldn't even see many of the tombstones because it was so overgrown. I did see someone mowing, but because the grass was so high it was just massive clumping. Very disappointed in the care being given. I've never seen it look that bad before. It's shameful for sure!
It's a nice place to walk and enjoy the weather but the headstones are not well taking care of I love the cemetery it's just that the headstones are not getting cleaned
and it's on the way to the Wilder graves
I’m looking for a grid layout of the cemetery. Like section numbers and or plot numbers. I have a lot of family kinda scattered through the cemetery. We visit alot
Beautiful Kept Grounds Just A Peaceful Place To Visit Your Loved Ones
