We have been with Mansfield Insurance for over 20 years. Super nice people who definitely look out for their customers best interest. I couldn’t imagine doing business with another insurance company.
Mansfield Insurance provides personal care and assistance when you need them most. It’s comforting to know that should an emergency arise they will be there to walk you through it every step of the way.
Haven’t had any claims so I can’t really say. The premiums go up. The office staff are pleasant.
The agency is efficient and effective in serving its customers.
The people down at Mansfield are very helpful and provide the utmost in reliable and friendly service. My insurance agent, Margaret Nelson, is the most pro-active and helpful person in the insurance business I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, and my husband agrees with me! I had to find a replacement home owners policy for a single family rental and I found Mansfield Insurance Agency online. At the time, my current agency was getting me quotes which were HUNDREDS of dollars higher than what I was currently paying. That's when I contacted Mansfield. Through emails and phone conversations I'm out of state, Garry was able to get me a quote for a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with the entire transactions, and woud definitely do business with them again. Loving it because it was an easy transaction and it saved me HUNDREDS of dollars!
