This page connects Mansfield University's Cross Country and Track & Field teams to our friends, family, alum, and prospective student-athletes.
Every year our small team develops athletes to the highest levels of NCAA Div. II Track and Field by qualifying one or more athletes to the NCAA Championships. We have produced a steady stream of All-Americans in the last decade, and predict many more in the future. These athletes don’t necessarily come in with the fastest times or the furthest throws or the highest jumps. We patiently develop them. It is our mission to develop every athlete to his or her maximum potential. That may be All-American or All-Conference, or for some athletes, it may be personal improvement or just being able to compete healthy every year. Every athlete is valuable on this team.
