My family had been in search for a new Dentist for sometime. A dear friend referred us to Dr. Carin. We couldn’t be more please. The staff are warm and welcoming. Dr. Carin is great, very patient and informative. He has a great bedside manner. So glad we made the move to the Carin practice.

My family have been long-term clients of Dr. Carin and know the family closely. The family is lovely, but this review is for the front desk staff. After not receiving replies to emails using yahoo... very unsecure! about obtaining records due to an insurance change, I had to call and was told to come during business hours to pick up my medical record. However, when I tried to call before going, the manager was on their lunch break and the desk staff were unable to answer questions. It seems that a majority of the staff are clueless about procedures within the office and inconsistent in their responses. When I was on my way there to double check, they told me they could only give me the x-rays despite previously being told I could get the whole record. I'm writing this review with regret considering the doctor and son are very nice, but unfortunately his staff may need further training. scribed by support staff

Great experience so far, like how he educates you by his stories that may or may not apply to one but great info to keep in mind, staff very friendly if your one that suffers from anxiety when being at the dentist like myself the team does a great job at making sure you stay calm and relaxed.

Everyone is patient and attentive to my concerns and care. They take time to make sure I’m comfortable and relaxed. Would recommend to anyone, especially if you are hesitant about going to the dentist.

What a wonderful bunch! Called at 3 pm on a Thursday with an emergency crown issue, was in the chair by 4:15 pm. and back on the road by 4:45 which included a computer tutorial by Chip. CARIN Cares!!! Yes they do!! I Highly reccomend this family practice for all your family dental needs. Professional, efficent and dedicated to the patient. A lot of businesses could take a page from their playbook. I cant say enough about this company. It starts from the top. Love these guys and gals.

First time there as a new patient great service and very friendly and kind! Was in pain really bad and they saved me! I highly recommend to go there for any of your dental needs! He also walks you thru everything he’s doing to you!

Excellent dental office, All assistants and receptionist’s are extremely polite. Relaxing vibe, very informative and professional. Great music selection as well!!

Needed to get an infected tooth extracted and this team helped me understand the problem and the solution and when the actual extraction came. It was quick and they made sure I didn't feel the pain. I love it here.

Very experienced dentist. And more importantly has great vision and can identify the problem and nature of the problem. Is not pushy to upscale you on an immediate tooth work of crown correctly estimating the amount urgency of the procedure.

Best dentist ever. The office is professional and friendly. I have dental fear and they are very understanding and patient. I’m very happy with their work and my smile. Highly recommend them and I’ve been to many.
