They deserve 0 stars. Very unprofessional and rude people. They gave me a lens made of a material I was allergic to & when I told them I had problems with the glasses they told me I had to adapt to it. They completely ignored me when I told them I needed a specific material. I do not recommend them.
I will miss Dr. Santiago. Have a wonderful retirement and hope you refer me to another GOOD EYE Dr. The help in the office is getting better.

I could not attend an appointment, I already explained the reason and it has been two months since I received a charge of $35, for not canceling the appointment, they are not very understandable and kind.
