The Manvers Arena & Community Centre was opened in 1978 to serve the surrounding communities of Bethany, Janetville and Pontypool. The Manvers Arena & Community Centre is available for public skating hours and private or club rentals.

The Manvers Arena & Community Centre is home to the Manvers Mustangs and the Manvers Skating Club. It is also available to the community for public skating, shinny hockey, stick and puck, parents and tot skating, private ice rentals, arena floor rentals (seasonal), and community centre facility rentals.

The Manvers Volunteer Management Board is currently working with the City to design a template that will be used as a model for other Arena and Community Centers in the City of Kawartha Lakes. Working in partnership with the communities to try to work with volunteers to optimize revenues, increase usage and fundraise capital expenses.

Public Skating - Sun 12:30pm - 2:00pm and Tues 4:00pm - 5:00pm
Parents & Tots - Mon 10:30am - 12:00pm ($6.40)
Shinny Hockey - Thurs 9:00pm - 10:00pm ($6.50)
Stick & Puck - Wed 4:00pm - 5:00pm ($6.50)
Rates: Preschoolers Free; Public Skate Adults $2.85, Students $1.50

During the winter, the ice surfaces are used for skating, hockey and ringette. During the off season, the arena surface can be used for lacrosse, ball hockey, in-line skating and large special events. Year-round, the upstairs community hall can be used for special events. Amenities include kitchen, coatroom area, bathrooms and staging area. Capacity 550, comfortably 450. Size 185 x 85 feet.
