I just called to ask a question with regards to when or where might be getting a death certificate for my mother whose been deceased since the end of August and the person on the other end of the call says she doesn't know that's not something she was trained on that all they do is cremate and return the ashes after that they don't care what happens afterwards. Really?!? Maybe you don't care but I certainly need to know what happened to my mother. Thanks for nothing and making the wound a little deeper. I really appreciate it. Perhaps you should do some sensitivity training with your employees. Just a suggestion.
Every time I go to see my friend Amy L. Troy, her area is always well taken care of & even though she left this Earth far too early she is resting in the nicest cemetery I've been in.
Wonderful people... Thank you .
