I've been seeing Dr. Braig for almost 20 years. There are other Dr's there, but I've never seen any other Dr there. Every one who works there are very attentive, polite, and just all around good people. I'm on disability and they do accept Medicare and Medicaid. Also, just so every knows, they have no problem with me bringing my emotional support dog with me. They all love my little Chi Marley. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a good Doctor.
Don't expect people who care about anything except for the $100 you owe when you call. BTW I paid the $100... they still don't care.
I get reasonable care from my physician. But I was treated like absolute garbage by the receptionist this morning. I will most likely be looking for a new practice if this is how they act towards paying clients! Its unacceptable, I’m here because I’m either ill or in pain. The last thing I need from you is your nasty attitude! This place deserves 0 gold stars. They forced me to give them 1.. UPDATE 02/03/22: I’m done with this place. Rude upfront, incompetent in the back! I will definitely not be returning!
The doctors are nice but don’t seem to look far into an issue. The communication is horrible. It says the hours are 8-4 on a Friday but I call at 3 and they are closed? If the phones are off at 3 which I had to find out by going into the office why not put that information on the telephone messaging system? Everything else is on there. I left three voicemails and didn’t get a call back. Switching doctors offices because I can’t work with a place like this being on 3 shift.
At first I really enjoyed this place. The staff upfront are rude at times but the nurse practitioner I was seeing was amazing. She left the practice.. I was able to see the other nurse practitioner there at the time and she was great as well! Both so helpful, took their time with me and answered all questions I had. Their billing department however is another story. THEY kept trying to bill my old insurance which I hadnt been on in over a year. I called my current insurance and my insurance even called the billing department. My insurance told me they got everything taken care of. Well apparently Maple Leaf billing staff sent the bill to collections, even after speaking with my current insurance, cost themselves a "pretty penny" and even though my current insurance still paid the bill, because the staff at maple leaf screwed up and cost their practice money, I am the one who got screwed over. Now I am stuck looking for another doctor in the area that will take my insurance, which has not been an easy task. This practice should fire the staff that cost them and take it out on their patients . I have never had any other issues with my insurance at other doctors, urgent cares, ER trips, pharmacy... only this place. The nurse practitioners are great here... only pro about this place!
Dr. O'Cconnor has been my primary care physician for about 20 years now. He's a much better doctor than I am a patient, haha. The staff at Maple Leaf is absolutely amazing. 5 stars isn't enough.
I've been treated here for many years. I moved an hour away but still make the drive because the care is very personalized. Not like at a huge office. They know you by name and take great care of you.
Nurse practitioner and nurses are great but they have to get friendlier person at front desk. Every time I go there, same blonde lady, same customer no service. Will go elsewhere.
