Service unprofessional ! *Mistakes* are made all the time! No understanding of people needs! Uneducated people behind the counter! Nobody checks anything! Their favorite expression is “ I don’t know! We are looking for your meds! We lost your meds! Delivery is horrible! Will never go there again if is the only Pharmacy in town!

Maple is such a great pharmacy. All employees are wonderful and make sure I get everything I need when I come. They never give me a hard time. All of the staff always go out of their way to make sure every one is satisfied! The store is always clean and stocked and filled with everything you might need ! Thank you to management for having everything together every single time ! :
New management has definitely made improvement in the store The manager is very professional , He goes out his way to meet everyone’s needs , One of the most important things about being a good manager is to rule with a heart. you have to know the business, but you also have to know what’s at the heart of the business and the new manager has everything it takes to make maple a better environment.
I was less than satisfied with customer service. I waited on hold for a long time and then requested a callback. They called me back almost immediately when I was first in line, but I continued to wait for a long time. Then their phone system hung up. I hope Maple-Medex will improve phone service. On a positive note, they deliver prescriptions quickly and for free.
The new manager and his smile and the service, he is amazing!! And the front desk gave me a really amazing experience!! if you are looking for a vitamin look for Mr. Berkowitz! And the lady at the vitamin register was incredible she gave me everything I needed with a fast checkout and care!!
Since this new manager came in, I love coming to this place. His care, his positive attitude, and his smile makes it a pleasure dealing with Maple. I would recommend everyone to use this pharmacy.
Worst service ever!!!! They delivered my daughters medicine to the wrong address and then told me to wait two hours!!!! When shes in so much pain! Were talking about a baby!!! All the staff have a nasty attitude! I won't even began to tell you what a horrible experience i had I definitely wont be coming here AGAIN and i wont recomend this pharmacy to anyone!!!
They repeatedly misunderstand or refuse to understand my doctor’s orders. They send less medication than prescribed, leading me to run out too soon and requiring me to call my doctor who has to repeat the prescription…and they mess it up again. I am sick of dealing with their incompetence. Thankfully, there are several other pharmacies nearby.
