The Maple Tree BBQ is the home for Long Island’s most authentic BBQ. All our meats and fish are cured and smoked on site in our wood fired smokers. We source our meats and fish responsibly and use local ingredients as the market allows. Our classic BBQ sides such as Mac & Cheese and Smoke Baked Beans are all made in-house fresh every day. We offer lunch and dinner service in our newly renovated restaurant and we feature local Palmer Vineyard wines and local craft beers, as well as specialty liquor drinks. We also provide a wide range of catering services from casual backyard BBQ’s to full service weddings.
