I’ve left packages at their pickup counter they demand I leave the packages at AND DO NOT SCAN THEM. I want my receipt, and can never get it because they don’t want to deal with anyone for prepaid packages to just scan them. I pay extra to have them tracked & delivered in a certain amount of days, and they simply refuse to do their part until they feel like it. They should be scanned before they leave the window. They also take forever and a day if you’re picking up for your PO Box, expect to wait over 10 minutes even with no line. Edit to add: they had 0 tape out so I couldn’t mail my packages and I asked the clerk kindly and quickly just to see if they had any for sale and she was extremely rude to me for absolutely no reason and they always are. I will be filing a formal complaint about them every day.
After running to the Clifton post officeonly to find it not open!, the staff at this Marshall facility went out of their way to service me. I was running late and the facility was closing, but when I explained my predicament to the staff member, she kindly let me in and took care of my mailing requests. Thanks you and have a very blessed Christmas!
Purchased a PO Box online and went in to complete the process. The rude, condescending woman who works behind the counter changed my mind. I’d rather not have to deal with her. Based on the reviews this is normal. Walked out and got a refund online.
The staff member was so joyful and a pleasure to work with. She had put up some very cute Halloween decorations. She helped me find everything I was looking for. It's in a pretty building too
I was in this location this morning & had a wonderful experience. I had been in the Brentwood location earlier & the woman behind the counter wouldn’t take my package because it wasn’t taped properly & then I went to the Maplewood location & the woman behind the counter was wonderful. I re taped my package & not knowing once again I used the wrong kind of tape & she was so nice & took it & said I won’t yell @ you like the other woman I’m gonna take it & fix it & slap the label on it & she literally made my day!
Don't enjoy being here, but it also could be worse. Bring a mask, come prepared to wait patiently, don't expect any extra pleasantries, and you'll be fine. Do us all a favor and use appropriate packing tape on your packages--duct tape will not do and you WILL hear about it/need to re-package.
Been here 5 times and everytime the employee is missing or there are three girls sitting there talking to the one that has her window open. One time I waited 5 minutes because they were debating lunch. I walked up to her window and she said “step back to the line” They need to implement a secret shopper program to audit them.
Going to this post doing the pandemic was one of the best experience. I was there with my children and the lady behind the counter was asking everyone to wear their mask. People are rude towards them. The sign is on the door. The lady’s are wonderful and working doing a pandemic and you should be grateful
Went into the post office today to pick up a package and the women behind the front desk was rude. She asked for my id rudely they told me that my package was not there and said that it was out for delivery. I drove around for almost 2 hours trying to track down the delivery driver he was extremely nice and helpful and stopped his own shift to look for my package. Turns out the post office lied to me and Had the package the whole time. Would not recommend going here for any shopping needs go to a different post office
I lost my credit card at USPS when I mailed some stuff there. The staff found it and returned it to my house! She is such a kind soul and definitely deserves a raise!!
