We have used Maranto for years for auto & home insurance.  Joelle is amazing.  She got a homeowners claim settled in our favor, by knowing exactly what our coverage was...even when the insurance company overlooked that part of my coverage & were ready to deny the claim.  We were extremely grateful!!

I've had my insurance with CN Maranto for over 25 years and have always been provided with exceptional service.  Joelle is very knowledgeable about insurance and has always provided great advice --- she's honest and practical.  Recently, Joelle was able to save me approximately $250 on my auto policy while keeping all the same limits!  Joelle has also been a great advocate and liaison when I have had the unfortunate need to file an insurance claim.  Having an Agent represent you when you have a claim is much better than dialing an 800 number!  Thank you Joelle and team for over 25 years of great service and insurance advice..

Filing a legal suit against Maranto Insurance.  William Hourigan refuses to cancel homeowner's policy at my request, which has no mortgage on it and thus no lender obligation. This is ILLEGAL AND CONFIRMED AS ILLEGAL THROUGH LEGAL CONSULTATION.  William peddled the line "standard procedure" is to not cancel a policy unless proof from new insurer is made, however, while best policy and legally required on homes with mortgages, this is NOT LEGAL for homes without.  Became unprofessional and rude over the phone once I told him this.  At one point he had claimed he was not canceling the policy with "period and end of discussion." This legal claim upcoming could have been prevented had William Hourigan followed the law.  He chose not to and I hope Maranto understands who it has representing them and the upcoming litigation this will occur.  I also have documentation on current coverage which has remained unchanged since 10/30/20 incase any additional illegal activity occurs where William attempts to change coverage without my consent.  UPDATE 3/20/21: Jackie from Maranto was extremely professional and courteous and prompt in my handling my cancellation request.  An experience completely unlike my profoundly unprofessional experience with William. Would adjust to 5 stars if William was no longer a part of Maranto.  As a result of Jackie's handling, I no longer have any legal claims to a suit and thus will not be filing.

Maranto Agency is extremely helpful and knowledgable. They will help with all your insurance questions and needs and work to get you the best policy and price. Jackie was amazing to work with when getting my own policy recently. Highly recommend!

I use CN Maranto for all of my insurance needs. They are so accommodating and full service. My agent Mike Forster is the absolute best, he is always looking out for his clients and shopping the best deals for them. I am a real estate agent and I refer many of my clients to him as well. Everyone has been more than satisfied.

William  Hourigan has been great for renters, home, and auto insurance for me and now my wife. We’ve both had issues in the past and Bill had made it so much easier and relaxing. Will never change and highly recommend!
