I guess I was unlucky and got the kid who wasn't mentally back from vacation yet when I visited on Saturday. I walked in with a note from my podiatrist for a specific shoe and a few questions since it's all new to me. He couldn't answer any of my questions, kept getting my shoe size wrong, and took several minutes to get one pair of shoes out from the back each time. It took an hour to try on 3 pairs of shoes before I got tired and just wanted out. When I checked my shipping notice this morning, I noticed that he somehow managed to get both pairs incorrect. I did some research and started learning about shoes on my own and will be buying some online, but I had high hopes about being able to try on shoes and learn about them in person.
Came here with some foot issues, Jacob helped me find the perfect sneaker. Very happy with the customer service and variety!
As someone who hasn't owned a pair of running shoes in a while, I needed a good amount of guidance around choosing the right pair. Fortunately for me, the sales rep guided me through every step of the process and assisted me in making an informed decision. The transaction process was quick and seamless as well. I highly recommend this store to anyone serious about running.
Always good with helping my daughter Nicole the right shoes when she was running cross country and indoor track for NHS. Convenient to the office here in Wellesley. Logan was good today when I was told by my PT to get Hoka shoes. Way more comfortable.
They really know their stuff. I came in explaining one issue and was advised about another that also needed correction. Tommy was attentive and patient as we went through several different options. I really enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend anyone who has spent time trying and returning to come here for their sneaker needs.

Great staff. Expert service. And they hosted us all summer as our base for the Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge.
The staff here is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. You'll get your feet and gait evaluated with some cool tech to help find the right shoes and insoles. With social distancing only a few customers can come inside at a time. Unless you're picking up an order or know exactly what you need brand size etc you'll want to plan on waiting outside for a while.
Antonia was super helpful. She was able to find me the perfect pair of shoes to help with my ACL recovery! The Topo shoes are super comfortable and supportive and a local brand, too!
