Was referred here for a molar extraction, wife doesn’t understand English all that well but they refused allowing me to be with her to translate which made her uncomfortable first dentist or doctor to do this. Staff was nice but doctor had no bedside manner nor was his services stellar by far. Had a cleaning schedule for the following week at a general dentist and they removed 5 tooth fragments that Smith left in her gums. He might be good in some cases but as far as we are concerned, he blotched this simple procedure and was a bit rude towards my wife and I.

To make matters worse, when I attempted to discuss my concerns after the appointment, the staff was dismissive. They made it clear that they had no intention of addressing my complaints or offering help to alleviate the pain. I will never go back again to this office!

Dr. Smith is amazing! He was so good with my nervous daughter and quickly put her at ease. He’s punctual, detailed and has a terrific team. I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else.

This review is a long overdue - In 2013, on my first day of college, I started experiencing serious tooth pain. It felt obvious that it must be an impacted wisdom tooth, since the pain was coming from that area. The pain was so bad that I couldn’t sleep, think or do anything really. The cheek area above the tooth and right below my eye also weirdly started swelling up. I started searching for emergency dentist/oral surgeon appointments and Dr. Marc Smith got me in first thing in the morning the next day. After the wisdom tooth removal, Dr. Smith took CT scans since there was some belief that an infection may have spread from my tooth into the sinus. After reviewing the scans, he suggesting that I check in at the hospital. I was there for a few days, getting antibiotics through IV. The swelling wasn’t improving and kept worsening, getting closer and closer to my eye. The doctor at the hospital wasn’t really doing anything beyond cycling more antibiotics. Dr. Smith called and came in on Sunday afternoon to check in on me. Within 15-20 mins of him being there and looking me over, he decided to operate and pull out the mucus buildup manually. After a day, I was instantly feeling better and left the hospital shortly after. I fully recovered. I cannot thank Dr. Marc Smith enough for what he did for me. He was persistent and was genuinely worried about me. He cared enough to call and come in on Sunday to check in on me when he didn’t have to. He made an exception to get me in for an emergency wisdom tooth removal when he didn’t have any regular availability. There was a whole staff of doctors at the hospital, but he was the one that ultimately found the solution. Thank you so much Dr. Marc Smith! I highly recommend him for any and all dental surgery needs.

Hands down the best oral surgeon I've ever seen. From check-in to check-out...my experience was pleasant, fast and painless. I needed an extraction of a wisdom tooth that posed concerns for many other practitioners. But Dr. Smith had no problems at all! He was attentive and respectful of my limits, listened to my concerns and executed a mode of treatment tailored perfectly for my disposition and dental needs. My roots were huge and the bone dense...but he extracted without any trauma at all! No bone shards, no drills, no breaks, no extra tissue...just tooth! I was so impressed...and thankful! And to top it off...the healing time was remarkable! Bleeding completely subsided within 24hrs and pain gone after 48! Only needed an ice pack and OTC Tylenol to manage breakthrough pain. Dr. Smith has 19 years experience under his belt and it shows. Definitely a 5 star office! Nobody likes extractions...but if you need to get it done, go with Dr. Marc Smith. You won't be disappointed!

If I can give Dr Marc Smith 100 stars I would.. he's the most amazing dentist I have ever experienced.. I have had a fear of going to dentist all my life, so i was very scared going in.. I have to say from the minute I walked in i was greeted with a friendly staff. From walking in the office and having my procedure done..it took less than an hour. I had 3 extraction and I can honestly say I didn't feel anything.. what an amazing Dentist.. I will recommend Dr Marc smith to everyone. he knows what he's doing and made me feel so safe..thank you Dr Marc smith... I don't have words to thank you enough for making my visit such a wonderful experience..

So grateful to have the third child’s wisdom teeth extracted! Dr Marc Smith and his team are amazing and I have recommended them to many friends already!

Dr. Marc successfully removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth today!!! I have been putting this off for over the past 5 years due to fear LOL and he and his friendly staff took GREAT care of me since day 1. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them should you need to get this done!! They listened with care, took it slow with me and my fears were squashed So far hardly much pain and it's been 6 hrs since surgery!!! LOVE them and TRULY GRATEFUL God sent me to him

Great staff first of all! I was really nervous and they made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Dr Smith is very direct and tells you how it is and I love it. I had my wisdom teeth extracted and the process was so quick and as smooth as it could be. I was even awake the entire time per my request. I didn’t want to be sedated and I wanted to be able to drive and go back to work. I couldn’t be more pleased. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone that needs a dental procedure done.

Great staff!!! My child was so nervous about having his wisdom teeth taken out. Dr. Smith answered all his questions about IV sedation and extractions. Dr. Smith made him feel so comfortable during the consultationawesome bed side manners. Surgery day came and he did not disappoint use. Surgery was so fast and smooth, my child had no post op pain. Mild swelling. Dr. Smith provided his cell number so we could call or text him if we had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and his staff for any dental surgery.
