I was a bit worries about the wait initially. When we decided to eat, it was 7 p.m. and the peek of the establishments rush. The person making reservations and ensuring everyone had seats told us it was 45 minutes to an hour before our party of six could be seated. We decided to chance it and wait despite the mall closing in about 90 minutes and us really ready to eat and go back to our hotel. In about 20 minutes the person up front called is to let us know there was a table for us. When we walked it, the place was still extremely busy but we never felt like an inconvenience for the employees. Our server, Kyle did an amazing job. He took our drink orders, explained what the different drink were, and promptly brought them out to us. He offered appetizers but we declined. He took our order and was careful to repeat the order to ensure it was correct. The food was brought to us well prepared and it looked amazing. I could not have asked for a more delicious looking meal. The food was absolutely delicious as well. My only regret was I had no room for the key lime pie. I should have ordered it because it looked great on the menu. This was one of the better experiences I had here at the Mall of America. The service was impeccable, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was inviting. I do not get out this direction very often. However, next time I am here to visit the Mall of America this will be my stop for dinner. Stay blessed. It 5 pm somewhere.
Sam was a great bartender. Always a smile on his faceyes even with the mask on you could tell he was smiling and a great attitude. Made sure I was well taken care of. Food was decent for the price.
Very nice setting. The food was very delicious ... Awesome customer service. There is a bar and patio to enjoy your drinks and food while you enjoy your sweet time in the Mall of America. There is also a party area where you can have a event with friends.
Had a really bad bad experience with food. 3 stars and each for Service, Lava Lava Shrimp and Drinks bar. Rest doesn’t even worth for stars. This place is recommended only for drinks, don’t go for food!!
Food was mediocre. On their "Signature" Fish and chips, the fish looked like they took the fish straight out of a grocery store freezer to the fryer and taste wasn't as good as grocery store. Portions were terrible see photo Shouldnt pay $20 for kid's meal portions. To top it all, we went at Happy Hour. A large sign touted certain appetizers for $5 or $6 during the time we went. We specifically asked for the special on that sign only to pay full price in the end approx. $20 per. Wait staff said "Oops, do they still have that sign out? That's only if you sit at the bar. " and did nothing. Sign does not say that Paid over $200 for 6 people for a very basic meal. Never again.
The server was good but the prices are outrageous for what you get. For example, the volcano nachos were basic and did not stack up against the advertised image. The southwest salad was also not worth the cost and was not filling.
Ordered the Nacho 'Entree' and Garlic Bacon Burger with a side of fries, with Key Lime Pie for dessert. Mrs got a salad lol No complaints. Service was really good and the food pretty amazing for where it's at.
I ordered the Turkey Club sandwich. The turkey club sandwich comes with turkey, ham, bacon, lettuce, tomato, swiss cheese, and mayonnaise on toasted white bread. The sandwich is super thick. One has to almost unhinge their jaw to be able to eat it.
This was my favorite restaurant of the places we ate at during our visit to The Mall of America. Super food, big portions and an amazing strawberry margarita! I would come back here again! Oh, and the most friendly and fun bartenter... she was great!
We love this place. Great food, service, and drinks. If you have a gluten allergy very accommodating.
