Maria is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Gestalt Therapist and is a National Board Certified Hypnotherapist.
Maria is a bilingual therapist who is fluent in Spanish and English. Maria treats individuals, couples and families for issues attributed to childhood and or adult trauma.depression, anxieties, addiction, personality disorders, immigration issues and similar emotional disorders, using a systemic and experiential approach. Maria utilizes hypnotherapy and other modes of therapy to reduce anxiety, increase mind and body awareness and to address fears and increase self confidence. Maria offers individual sessions to meet that particular person's needs. Maria also offers couple's therapy session with the focus of allowing Love back in to the relationship. Maria aims to assist her clients in solving the problems they are facing here and now. Maria is a psychotherapist, not a doctor.

María es una terapeuta bilingüe que habla Español e Inglés. Ella atiende a individuos, parejas y familias con temas atribuidos a traumas de la infancia y/o de adultos, tratando la depresión, ansiedad, adicciones, trastornos de personalidad, problemas de inmigración y trastornos emocionales similares, utilizando un enfoque sistémico y experiencial. María tiene como objetivo ayudar a sus clientes a resolver los problemas a los que se enfrentan aquí y ahora. Maria es uns terapeuta, no doctora.
María completó su maestría en terapia matrimonial y familiar en Southern Connecticut State University de la cual recibió el título de MFT y un Certificado en Terapia Gestalt. María también posee un Certificado en Hipnoterapia Ericksoniana. Ella tiene experiencia en proveer a las familias los servicios de terapia en el hogar, así como en forma ambulatoria.
